      I've had a fantastic experience with the Arrived team. Their business model offers a hands-off approach to fractional real estate investment, making it easy to diversify my portfolio. I've invested in several of their properties and in the company's equity.
      The leadership team is incredibly transparent, regularly sharing both successes and challenges. I've been consistently impressed by the steady dividend stream from my investments, and the team's timely updates on property status.
      As Arrived continues to scale, they're actively working to optimize their cost structure, which I believe will lead to even higher dividend yields in the future. Their user-friendly platform is continually improving, making the investment process seamless.
      Their customer support is almost real time, they were able to resolve issues and provide clarifications for all of my needs thus far.
      My investment strategy has focused on single-family residences, aligning with my personal investment thesis.

      There are too many costs taken out of your investment. Costs to pay Arrived cut, costs for property managers. All of my properties have depreciated since I invested in 2022 and so far I've made negative money on my properties when my properties have had tenants 100% of the time. Hopefully over time, it will be a slight positive with rental income plus selling, but when you can invest in the stock market and make 10% annually, this is not a good place to put your money.

      Hey ******, ************************ in single family rental homes have averaged 6 - 10% annual returns with dividends accounting for 3 - 5% annually and appreciation accounting for the rest. So far you have only collected the rental income portion of your investment. Additionally its important to note that some properties may perform better than the average and others may perform worse. We find that many clients like to diversify their Arrived investments into multiple properties or our diversified ************************* so that they minimize the individual property risk and their returns are in line with the overall Arrived portfolio.

      Cant get a hold of any one Cant find how to sell shares dont invest money until they provide info on site I think I was scammed my account has less money then I invested about a year ago now cant get any one to help me

      Hello *****, you can always email our support alias ************************************ where our average response time is between 2-3 hours (except on weekends). I can see several responses to your emails in our system, but if you have any pending emails without responses from us please let us know.

      As for how to sell shares, you can find that information on our help desk linked below. Different products have different hold times, our individual properties do not yet have a liquidity option while our single family residential fund has a 6 month minimum required hold period. We recommend that potential investors understand the liquidity options for their particular product before investing. 

      As for your "account having less money than when I invested", it seems that the property you invested in had a decrease in its share price. Share Prices allow you to track the potential changes to your property investment values over time, similar to how you track your stock portfolio. While the Share Price value *** go up or down in the short term, the actual investment returns will largely depend on the propertys eventual sale price at the end of the investment period.
