      SCAMMER posted my house for rental with NO authorization , NOT for listing at all, called them 3 times for ************** got email saying will resolve with couple days, and EMAIL them 10 times, NOBODY get me back, and Try to call their website number, NOBODY answer the phone.They do NOT pay attention to SCAM on their website. they do NOT care who use their website, they seem care nothing. ONCE owner report the ****, why do they NO answer, NO action and NOTHING, the scammer take advantage of their website scamming ********** can they just ignore it??

      Had requested my personal property be removed from their database. I have "never" provided my permission for Redfin to use my property listing for their profit.

      I am filing a complaint regarding Redfin and agent ******, who misled me into signing an unfavorable addendum. She promised the buyer would handle the bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and I would only cover the roof, mold, and a minor leak. However, buyer responsibilities were not listed, and I had to pay for a full bathroom rebuild. ****** either lacks knowledge or Redfin failed to train her properly. She told me verbally the buyer would take care of the bathroom, but the written addendum did not reflect that.She failed to walk through the property, missed a visible leak, reused outdated listing info from 2017, and never installed a For Sale sign. She promised to oversee mold treatment while I was in surgery but never showed up. Once the contract was signed, she stopped all service. I had to directly communicate with the buyers agent, who also complained ****** was unresponsive, delaying funding and costing me extra interest. Redfin has refused to provide E&O insurance details and will not address my concerns in writing.

      I am the owner of **************************************************************. You are posting pictures of the interior of my residence on your website and the house is not and has not been for sale in over 10 years. I want the pictures of the interior removed.

      Redfin is a discount real estate brokerage company. Redfin has purchased the exclusive marketing promotional advertising on my real estate zip code area -which I never authorized. As a result when searching the *** real estate site for my property or any other search for my property redfin is promoted and presented online as representing my property. They are not authorized by me to do so. I have hired another real estate firm and do not authorize redfin to promote my property. I have tried repeatedly to contact Redfin and request that they take down the promotion of my real estate property. When trying to reach the corporate headquarters, I am not able to speak with anyone in person to remedy this situation. This is a very serious issue as it is affecting the sale or my real estate and filtering viewership in a way that is disadvantageous and not condusive to financial demographic the proper sale of my property. It is filtering the viewership of my property to a discount audience and is hindering the search results that should be properly accessed in a normal search. I require that this be corrected and removed immediately. Please advise.

      Over the past six months, I have contacted Ms. ******* *********, Redfin Premier Agents, ******* *********, whose business address is ********************************************************************** phone and email at least six times to request the cessation of all unsolicited communications, including advertisements, promotional mail, marketing materials, and any other contact from her, Redfin, affiliated real estate businesses, and/or any associated third parties. In each instance, I clearly stated that I do not consent to further contact and requested that all personal information related to myself and my household be permanently removed from all databases, contact lists, marketing lists, and data-sharing platforms. Despite these repeated requests, I continue to receive marketing mail addressed to me at my home. This ongoing and unwanted contact is not only intrusive but borders on harassment. As a resident of ********, I am protected under the ********************** Protection Act (VCDPA), which became effective on January 1, 2023. This new law provides ******** residents with certain rights for personal data collected by businesses under conditions outlined in the law. Under VCDPA I have the right to request that businesses delete my personal data and to opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or further profiling. I expect prompt action and written confirmation that my request has been honored and that my personal data has been permanently deleted by Redfin from all relevant systems.

      Redfin is enabling scammers. Recently our property has been targeted by a prolific scammer. They list the property for rent and then redirect the applicant to pay a fee without showing the property. I was able to to remove the add from other websites except Redfin. They are set up in a way so scammers can leverage the platform. Reporting the listing has no effect. No one will ever get back to you. It is impossible to get a hold of a human being by calling their phone to talk about this issue. They force you to record your message and guess what. No one will ever get back to you.

      I did not actually use redfin, my complaint is with their website. When using other websites, the cookie notice pops up, and you are able to toggle off the options regarding their ability to steal and sell your personal and private information. Redfin has the pop up and gives the appearance of providing you with the option to toggle that off, but after many attempts, on multiple devices, by multiple people, it becomes clear that it is, in fact, not actually a real switch that can be flipped. That is dishonest, and illegal. In my opinion, they should have to pay each individual who has visited their site, a significant amount of money to make up for violating their privacy, however many times over. Shady business practices are not a one and done thing what else are they doing?
