I went to Zebra Print & Copy for lamination and this business messed up every print I gave them. The print that was the cheapest is the biggest, it was a $5 ******* poster. It cost the most to laminate as it was the biggest poster. It cost me $25 to laminate. I would like a refund on that poster since the owner told me beforehand if he messed up the posters i wouldnt have to pay him for that poster. He also didnt give me a recipet after the purchase and I paid in cash. This occured on the 10th of December around 11am.

    Business Response

The matter of fact is that Mr. ****** ********* came to our store to get some pre-printed, some old odd sized images, laminated. Our companys policy is to have the customer sign a waver sheet that states if just in case something goes wrong in the laminating machine while laminating customers **************************** sheet, Zebra Print and Copy is not responsible for the damage and he signed it and agreed to go ahead with the lamination.

Also, out of so many pieces only one of them had some tiny bubbles because of the cheap paper it was printed on and the customer acknowledged that even before we did the lamination and said it was a $5 piece from Walmart.

After he picked up the order and looked at them at the counter he did not say a word that it was that bad. Several days later he called me and asked for a refund which was very interesting. I told him he had signed the paper which stated if something goes wrong we are not responsible and that he said it was fine but he still insisted on a refund to which I offered him if he wants to bring another one I can do it for free for him but he did not want to do that either.

We are a small business here in ******* and we have been serving our customers for over 30 years now and always have positive feedback from them.
