  Quote process: Both **** and ***** were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us balance scope and budget for our large project. HVAC: Al was careful to plan placement with our future plans in mind.There were a few Old House Surprises that came up during install, but his team resolved them without issue. We were very happy with their work!Electric: ****** and his team completely blew us away. THEY DRILLED LESS THAN 20 SMALL HOLES!!!! Every hole is perfectly cut. If it was square, it's level and measured. If they're chasing a run every hole is perfectly in line. We have fantastic vintage wallpaper & these guys were able to completely work around it. In one room that needed everything done, it all looks like it was there before the wallpaper. There were lots of small details we asked for & they nailed every one. If anything changed, they were great about reaching out for approval and feedback. 100% Old Home Approved Plumbing: *************** tackled every item with cheerful enthusiasm. They were knowledgeable & not daunted by the unique pipe situation or our house's quirky framing. ******* was great with all of our questions, keeping us informed of what he was finding & how they were fixing it. To say they went above and beyond at every point is an understatement.This next part might be weird to add to a good review but I think it shows how great they are: There was one small accident during the project. Eco's manager reacted quickly to help that night, two managers came out the next day with the crew to determine cause. They took full accountability and made a plan. Rest assured that in the unlikely event something goes awry, the Eco team will make it right.We were already happy with them, but how they handled this situation cemented what a great company they are to work with. We immediately asked to do more work with that department, so we've put our money where our mouth is when we say that we would hire them again, and would recommend you do too.

  Extremely unprofessional and left me waiting and then high and dry (should probably say wet). I called on or about 12/15 Thursday and indicated my water main was leaking. They told me they could not get out until 12/19 Monday. I agreed to the date, and they clearly understood the emergency and I had clearly explained the leak. I cancelled and moved my travel flight plans to accommodate their schedule. On Monday I was sent a text message "Good Morning this is ******* with Eco Electric and plumbing.... our technicians are at their first appointment we will let you know if we there is an opportunity to move up your appointment... etc." Then an hour later another text message that I was still on the schedule... then an hour later they cancel due to weather. The problem is there was NO weather issue on Monday the December 19th 2022 . I called and talked to the manager who said she will call dispatch and call me back. I never received a call back and then I got another text message that "our technicians are unavailable because they are addressing other emergency situations and would need to reschedule." Which one is it? Overbooked or nonexistent weather condition? Then they rescheduled me for Thursday... THEN they just sent me a text message 12/21 "Unfortunately due to the volume of requests we cannot help you and suggest you go elsewhere." They have left me without water for almost a week and totally ditched me. This company is the absolutely horrible, not even a personal call back just an impersonal text message of dishonest excuses. There are many great companies in the **** If you need dependability go elsewhere. I would never treat my clients this way. Go elsewhere and save yourself money and the headache at least for when you need help the most. There is a very high chance, these people will not be there.
