    I PURCHASED A TINECO VACUUM FROM TARGET 4 MONTHS AGO. IT HAS ALREADY STOPPED WORKING AND BECAUSE ITS OVER 90 DAYS TARGET WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE ***** OF GARBAGE EITHER THEY JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL TO TRY REPLACING FILTERS AND CHECKING THINGS OUT. A PRODUCT SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES AFTER 4 MONTHS. THIS PRODUCT IS JUNK AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS C***

    Absolutely horrible customer service experience! I havent even had my vacuum for a full year, and it already smells terrible. Im extremely particular about cleanliness and maintenanceI wash the vacuum after every single use, make sure its dried properly, and take care of it exactly as recommended. For the company to turn around and try to place the blame on me for the issue is honestly insulting and makes no sense. Instead of taking accountability or offering real support, they offered me a partial refund of just $220, even though I paid $375 for this vacuum less than a year ago. Thats not even close to fair. To make matters worse, they plan to deduct another $20 from that amount for the return shipping label. And they refuse to issue the refund until I ship the vacuum back first. Now heres the ******* have to go out of my way and spend even more of my own money to purchase a shipping box just to send it back to them. They dont provide one, they dont reimburse me for it, and they expect the customer to eat that cost too. So when all is said and done, Ill be lucky to get around $150 back for a product that cost me almost $400 and clearly has a defect or design flaw. This entire process has been frustrating, unfair, and completely dismissive of the customer. *** never dealt with a company thats so unwilling to support their customers or stand behind their products. I will never purchase anything from this brand again, and Ill be sure to let my friends, family, and anyone considering their products know exactly what kind of experience they can expect.

    Very horrible customer service and product quality. Paid over $350 for a vac mop that went out almost immediately after the warranty expired. Tons of other reviews state the exact same issues. Company wants to upsell you for repairs and new models instead of making quality products or at the very least fixing issues for these expensive products. Would never buy another tineco based solely off their terrible customer service. Too expensive of a product to last only 2 years.

    I wish I could give this company a -10 Do not buy from TINECO. I had my machine probably six months when it broke down the first time. It took me forever to get up with the company. I had to send it back for the repairs. They did fix it and sent it back. This past December 2024, it broke again. I thought the warranty was up so I filed it with my extended warranty. They told me that it was still under Tinecos warranty until Jan 25 2025 and I would have to use them. I tried to call them and finally got up with them in January. They are aware that I called several times in January but I could not get through. Now, they refuse to cover my machine. They keep saying that it is past January 25, 2025. I have talked to numerous supposedly Customer relations people (most cannot speak English well). Ive told them over and over that the machine broke down in December that I contacted ****** first and they told me to contact Tineco. They still refuse to fix my machine. This is terrible business practices and I would never buy another product from them.They absolutely do not care about their warranty and refuse to stick by ****** have been warned.

    Have been pretty frustrated with the customer support at **********************. Since reporting a missing package over a month ago, I have gotten very vague responses and little progress. Initially, I was told they couldn't file a claim with **** only to be informed weeks later that they had but with no evidence or claim number provided.Lack of transparency, accountability, and communication have made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better and would never recommend Tineco to anyone who values timely, reliable support.

    SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY!! The cordless stick vac couldnt **** up a piece of fluff off the ground or a chihuahua size food kibble off a hard surface floor. It will **** the h*** out of your rugs though that you cant get it to move. Their answer? The suction port holes are too small so they wont pick up items unless you pick up the vacuum and place it directly over whatever you need to vacuum up. Really? Thats your idea of cleaning? Making my life harder?? Unless you have no kids or pets or life and all there is maybe some small dust on the floor.. forget it. Save your self and buy a shark. I know I am!

    Purchased a $300+ vacuum, the charging mechanism gave out. Its within their 2yr warranty and they are refusing to honor that warranty. They sure did try to up-sell me and offer a $50 discount.

    If it could be a negative it would. ******** customer service, sent my machine out for warranty repair came back in worse shape. Now they say that my machine is discontinued so they dont have a replacement which is in their warranty! Im so frustrated wasted so much money to have nothing

    The machine does the job, but stop working after only around 10 uses. **************** is a Joke have you on the line for hours and nobody solve anything for you, they told me were sending me an email and replacements and were all lies, also is almost impossible to understand the broken english and they don't seem to care. The machine only last around 3 min with a full charge. They say it's under warranty but customer service is close to nonexistent.

    Bought a $300 vacuum. Motor gave out just outside the 2 year warranty. They refused to replace it. Go with Dyson.
