  In July 2024 I paid $243 for six items from Olivia Mark and was immediately disappointed. Everything felt cheap, the shoes arrived deeply wrinkled and creased from shipment and stayed that way. Frankly, a $70.99 pair of shoes from my order were the ugliest, most poorly made shoes Ive ever seen. When I complained that the ladies top was not as advertised, customer service replied: Due to the fact that product images on our website are manually taken, they are influenced by angles and lighting conditions, leading to inevitable slight color variations in the products.basically brushing off the issue. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, with items unworn, tagged and in perfect condition. But you must return via **** to *****, not the ***. I paid $80.40 in return costs. I was then charged $60.40 in custom duties. And then an additional $20 was deducted for shipping, without notice. After over MONTHS of follow-up, I was given $157 in credit. In other words, spending $243 after $160 in fees netted me $77 refund (a $166 loss), plus the stress of added time and energy expended on persistent follow-ups.Despite marketing itself as Olivia Mark-*******, everything comes from *****. I documented photos showing at least one item that was clearly NOT as pictured on their website.I'd give this company zero stars is available for the following: extremely restrictive and international return policy with super fine read-between-the-lines hidden fees; poor product quality compared to website images; painful, drawn-out refund process; and the misleading Seattle moniker is deceptive. DO NOT buy from Olivia Mark unless youre prepared to lose time, money, and patience. The combination of misleading images, hidden fees, and tough returns is a textbook consumer trap.

  Worst company Ive done on line business with. They claimed they could not deliver my package after delivering two other packages. And then they claimed they the Package was destroyed and was not returned. I asked for a refund still waiting, do not buy from this company

  HORRIBLE company!! Do NOT buy anything from them! I purchased a dress from their website and the description of the dress was, "exquisite linen blend...superior quality." I bought it in the size I normally wear and when I received the dress, I couldn't even get it over my head. The material is NOT a linen blend -- more like rayon, and it was completely see-through. Their website promised full refunds were available, but when I emailed them about returning the dress and getting a full refund, I was told that I could return it if I wanted but I would have to pay shipping costs, which were very expensive, and even then I would only receive 40% of the original purchase price in STORE CREDIT. My other option was to keep it, give it as a gift to a family member or friend, or donate it to someone in need. This company is a complete scam. They are based in *****, so they know most of their customers don't want to pay overseas shipping and customs charges to return their horrible quality clothes. That's how they make money. I'm furious but am grateful I didn't spend more than $30. ****** learned. Stay away from these awful fast-fashion sites. They are NOT what you see on their websites. Hopefully, someone will benefit from my experience and not make the same mistake I did. Always do your research before ordering from sites like Olivia Mark. They do NOT care about customer service or ensuring their customers get what they ordered. I only gave this company one star because there isn't an option to give zero stars. But if it was an option, that's what they deserve.

  Avoid purchasing any items from this online company. They claim that they will offer a full refund, as well as pay for shipping if there's a quality issue or a problem with the order. However, items not fitting or arriving and looking vastly different from the photos provided doesn't meets that criteria according to their customer service. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem if it didn't cost upwards of $100 to ship the items back to their warehouse in *****. What they fail to understand is that when there's ambiguity in what you have listed on your website, that ambiguity benefits the customer. The ambiguity is that they fail to specify exactly what the word "problem" means. As far as I'm concerned, it's a problem if I cannot wear the items that you sent me because they do not fit. It is a problem if what you sent me doesn't match the pictures that you provided and I'm concerned that you sent me the wrong items. And I believe that any reasonable person would agree with me. I have been emailing back and forth with *** from their *************************** for the past 4 business days and they have yet to make the situation right. Do not waste your time and money shopping on this website. If I could have selected zero stars, I would have.

  Do not buy from this company! It is not based out of *******. And when you do not receive what you are asking for, they offer to refund 40% of the purchase. Horrible company to buy from.

  I purchased 2 jumpers and 1 dress. They both arrived within 2 weeks as promised,not very fast but acceptable.However from reading mixed reviews i was little worried so i emailed them. They reply instantly and sent me few coupons. SoI ordered few items to try it out.

  I ordered jacket and a pair of shoe from this website. The Jacket quality is pretty solid. The shoe isn't fit and they offer refund wihtout asking me to send it back . Pretty good shopping experiecne.

  Took 14 days for my package to get delivered, but it is worth the wait. I am so happy with the quality and with the service,the order contains 16 items, nothing was missing and every item fits me well.
