  This business is no longer in *******. If you do a search, you can see that they have changed addresses a couple times. I'm sure they think they can get away with their bad service by moving around. They are in So. CA in **********. Do not use them, even if recommended by AmeriSafe Movers! If I could choose a zero I would. ********* company, Vanguard Lines LLC, picked up our goods on August 31st, 2024 and finally delivered them after many broken promises, on Oct 17th, 2024. From what I can find online she lost her license for transport on Sept 9th and did not regain it until Oct 4th. During the time she had our household goods, she left them outside in the elements at the back of her warehouse, where our furniture was sun damaged, water damaged and left outside to become filthy with the outside dirt. As well, all of our boxes were filthy, and water damaged making the boxes crush each other. Many had the tape so dry it crumbled in your hand when you opened the boxes. She also lost the legs to our bed and NEVER returned them, even though she said she found them and was going to send them via a truck. They never arrived! Her movers left our bedroom furniture all over the floor and we had to hire someone to come and fix the bed. To top it all off, she stole my husbands and my jewelry. You say, we shouldn't have packed it, but shame on them for opening our boxes and taking whatever they pleased. Disgusting company with no regard for anyone but themselves. I want my money back and will not stop searching for legal help until this happens. Do not hire this team. They will steal from you and lie.

  ***** and his team performed a fantastic job assisting my mother. Even though her furniture was large, antique and hefty, they managed everything well. They greatly facilitated her relocation day.

  These guys were AMAZING, they handled my heavy furniture like it was light as a feather. They moved my recliner, my TV, and my treadmill. They also wrapped everything in plastic and secured them in the truck. They were so quick, I barely had time to grab a drink and watch them work.

  I opted for their packing services, and it was worth every *****. They came with all the necessary packing materials and handled even the smallest items with great care. It saved me so much time, and I was able to focus on other things. They labeled each box, making unpacking a breeze.

  We moved from ** to ** without a hitch thanks to the careful project plan that the moving crew made. Even though there was a small problem, I was kept up to date on the shipment's progress and when it would arrive at the ** storage facility. For the distance that was covered, the price was also fair.

  The a friend helped us move and unload a 26-foot U-Haul truck! It took them a little less time than expected to finish! They maintained an air of professionalism and politeness throughout the entire process. They cared for the things as if they were their own. Along with it, we had many good laughs. I highly recommend these individuals! Your encouragement and kind comments mean a lot to me.

  Really irresponsible movers. Forgot items at warehouse. Promised to get them back. After 5 m months of calling they blocked my number and blocked my emails. Real scum

  If I could give them a 0 star review or even a -100 star review it would not be enough to explain how awful this company is and how terrible they treat their customers. We had a long distance move and had a specific date we would be closing on the new house and they kept asking what day theyd be coming and we told them the date we wanted them there and then when we called to confirm about 2/3 days prior to closing they told us they couldnt guarantee that delivery date. Which then led my 70 year old father to have been sleeping on the floor for over two weeks because we havent been able to contact them until now. To which they are requesting way more money than quoted to us and are holding our belongings hostage and threatening to take them back to storage for which we would be responsible for. This company is an absolute nightmare to work with and I wouldnt Recommend them to my worst enemy.

  Subject: Disappointing Experience with ************** I would like to share my unfortunate experience with a moving company that has proven to be highly unprofessional. I contracted them to transport my belongings directly to our new home using a full semi-truck. However, on the scheduled pickup day, they arrived with two 26-foot haul trucks and informed us that our items would now be sent to *******, **********, with delivery to follow at an unspecified later ******* add to the frustration, they were supposed to arrive in the morning on August 4th but did not show up until 5:30 PM. The team worked until 2:00 AM to load our belongings. Additionally, we were charged over $4,000 for furniture wrapping, which we were not made aware of in ********** of September 7th, we have still not received our belongings. The company has provided us with vague updates and has since ceased responding to our phone calls and text messages. We are now considering legal action to resolve this matter.I strongly advise others to avoid this company due to their dishonest practices and lack of customer service.
