      Dont bother using this service. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. A complete and total disregard for their customers time. I had scheduled a pick up and delivery of a refrigerator and confirmed a time along with payment. The day of the scheduled appointment they called me not even an hour prior to the scheduled timestating they had to cancel as they didnt have any available drivers. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worsetheir customer support are all in *****! I asked the representative where the corporate office is and he said ******* ** but did not know their number. These ppl are a joke! I find it funny that they have a cancellation policy for their customers at 100% if cancelled within 2 hours of their scheduled timebut the customer is screwed when they do it. Dont use these ppl. FAILED BUSINESS!

      Abysmal company. The helpers showed up to move a dresser we purchased from a seller and destroyed the piece before they even got it into the freight elevator. They never contacted us to let us know they destroyed the piece. They never showed up with the broken piece. Radio silence. Luckily the seller contacted us to let us know what happened. **************** is a joke. They're only reimbursing us for 1/4 of the total cost of the dresser. I have no dresser and I also flushed $1000 down the drain. AVOID HIRING THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

      Dolly "Helper" never showed up. Two drivers (they call them "Helpers") contacted me. The first said he wasn't being paid enough to get into his truck for this job. The second texted me to confirm. Then changed his phone number and never showed. The website listed a third driver for the job who never contacted me and never showed. There is no way to reach anyone through their "customer service". They need to go back to school to learn how to run a business! Riduiculous horrible company that should go out of business and fast before they disappooint anyone else.

      Terrible. Dolly canceled my appointment due to hidden policy I never agreed to. Guys showed up unequipped to do my move, they were not what I booked. I booked a pickup, they showed ** in a van. I booked a ramp or lift, they brought nothing. They charged me anyway. Its no wonder they have only 1 star and 171 complaints.

      This company is horrible. I had a move scheduled, and the mover (a single person when I paid for two people) showed up an hour late. Because he didn't want to get charged, he asked if I could change the start time of move to 4 PM. I complied to make things easier. When the single mover got there, he refused to move any of furniture or boxes until he got clearance from the company to do so. The building where the pickup was happening is old and in the heart of the city. It does not have a loading dock or parking lot, but THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS CLEARED TO ALLOW MOVE IN/ OUT USING THE MAIN DOOR AND PARKING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING ON THE STREET. This is how EVERYONE in the building moves in and out. I even called the management company to confirm this. The mover refused to do this. I offered many alternatives, and he still shut me down. (EXAMPLES: I offered to pay for his parking meter in a spot a few feet down while he moved my stuff. I offered to have a family member stay by his car to ensure nothing happened). In the end he canceled and just disappeared and left me hanging. I had to move everything on my own and additionally pay for a Uhaul last minute. Dolly charged me 50% of my move, and I cannot get through to anyone on their customer support line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TLDR: I paid for TWO movers and only ONE did showed up an HOUR LATE. My things were not moved. The mover canceled and I STILL got charged. I ended up paying extra for a Uhaul and moving everything on my own the *** OF MY MOVE. The mover was not professional and rolling his eyes and being rude the entire time while I offered alternatives.

      I had a less than ideal experience with Dolly. I had originally booked a box truck for my "studio" move; i also noted what items were to be moved, marked "large items" since I had a bedroom set, a kitchen table with 6 chairs, love seat, accent chair, coffee table and side table. I was very honest with what needed to be moved, it was everything I had in my studio apartment. I was notified a week before my move that Dolly was not able to secure a box truck for my move but I would be downgraded to a cargo van with as many trips as needed, and this would be less money. - Fine, as long as I can still move. The night before, when I added photos of my items as per a notification from Dolly, *** price increased with no explanation. When my movers arrived that morning, and I explained what all needed to be moved, *** movers told me ***y wanted to cancel *** job because ***y weren't getting paid enough. They refused to touch anything or move anything. I spent an hour on *** phone trying to figure out how to keep *** movers and ensure that I moved, as planned. I was told that if *** job was canceled it would cost me $50 even though I wasn't *** who was going to cancel. I was also told that customer service couldn't help me, this was a "helper" issue and I needed to contact ******** ******** The helpers spoke with someone and got ***ir issue resolved, and proceeded to start moving my items. They didn't know how to pack a cargo **** ***y didn't have *** needed blankets and packing items you would expect. I have chunks out of my dresser, kitchen table, and a leg broken of a support beam on my bed. I was also informed that ***y rolled my accent chair through *** entry way and hallway of my condo. When asking for compensation on this experience, I'm told I have to fill out a claim form and ***y need to talk to *** helpers. - At this point I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

      If zero stars were an option that would be mu rating. I booked a move of several items or less from a storage unit to a condo. I booked a cargo van and 2 helpers One helper showed up. I specifically listed that the move included a medium dresser. The ****** did not use a furniture pad. Scratched and dented the wood on the dresser. My husband had to assist the helper. Completely unprofessional. The helper told me the second person was not able to come and if he canceled the job Dolly would have charged him so he showed up anyway. I sent emails, used the app chat feature, and called the listed phone number and can not get in touch with customer service. I feel duped and taken advantage of. This company is awful.
