I ordered a mobile diagnostic and quote for my vehicle. The mechanic did an abbreviated diagnostic and told me things I already knew and irrelevant stuff like my tire tread depth. It wasn't the end of the world, as I expected a quote to fix the issues and would have gladly hired the mechanic to do this. However, Wrench did not offer the very simple services the mechanic was interested in doing. They then later claimed that the repair had already been started, meaning they could not do it, which was 100% false. No repair had been started. The customer service is foreign and counterproductive to actually getting mechanical work done. The mechanics themselves are okay, but are constrained by the company. They're crooks.Review from Sasha A

Nov 18, 2023 I called wrench to notify them that the thermostat they replaced July 12th 2023 has went out. So I had to let them do their own inspection for it to come back that I was right. Which I spend $699.10. For it to go out again 3-4 months later. Today nov27th @ 7:46am ****** called to reschedule my appointment keep in mind my appointment was scheduled at 9am. Wrench chargers a fee to the customers if there are late or reschedule not in enough time a $175 dollar less than 12 hours. So with that being said what happened when there employees violates this. What does a customer receive. Keep in mind this job today is a warranty department issue because when it was replaced on July 12th 2023. This isnt the first time wrench has give horrible service and if I didnt have a warranty for my thermostat I definitely would have went somewhere else. I did express my issue from previous experience and wrench just told me to call back if theres is any issues. But you only are able to speak to the phone person not a manager or the warranty department cause they said they have to send them an email and they will get back to me in 24 hours. How does this help the customer.???? Want us to wait around for a phone call. They are always late, wrench doesnt hold employees accountable for there mess **** Now my appointment was rescheduled for Wednesday nov 29th. I tried to have someone come out before thanksgiving due to the fact I called on that Monday or Tuesday. So instead of me being able to spend time with my family I was stuck at home with no vehicle. I feel I should have the my money I paid the first time back and something needs to be done to wrench for horrible communication and service. And I also have to figure out means to getting to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday due to they say no one can come out till Wednesday afternoon which more than likely I will have to call off work to hopefully get it done let alone someone actually show up let alone on time.Review from Anthony G

This is a terrible company, if you have the money to get your vehicle towed to a trusted mechanic in your area I 100% recommend it. Now I am a bit late but it just now crossed my mind that I never received a refund from this company after paying $150 for an incorrect diagnosis, even after providing the information necessary to prove that the diagnosis was incorrect they proceeded to tell me it was nothing they could do about it. My confusion stems from the fact that they knew they were wrong and still proceeded to take my money. This company was 100% wrong for that and in my eyes they are a money hungry business, until someone can do something about it they wont change my mind.Review from Steve G

This so called company is a scam. I spoke to a representative on the phone told them my brake line was leaking, she said it would cost ****** to repair. The mechanic arrived took a lot of pictures and called his boss then said it would cost ****** to repair, I said just forget it. I asked the so called mechanic some simple questions about the brake lines and he knew very little. I signed nothing he left without giving me any paper work and the company billed me ****** for a so called diagnoses fee? They never mentioned anything about or would I would never agree to ****** diagnoses fee. This is a scam and flat out fraud!!! I told them what was wrong and they said ok will fix it for ******. No one would agree to a diagnostic fee of ****** especially for something they already knew!Review from Dustin J

The mechanic is trash! *** came out and ran a scan tool of my girlfriends car while I'm at work and left, charged me $150 to scan the computer that's it. Then gave me a quote of $190 to replace a $20 vvt sensor. They were wanting to charge me $75 and 1 hour labor. I bought the correct oem sensor and asked them to do the work sense I am out of state working. So since I bought the sensor the price should be about $115 for labor right? No I was told it's going to take longer and also they charge for using a part I'm supplying. Wow! The mechanic came out supposedly while no one was there and supposedly tried calling me because he couldn't find the key fob where it was left, and he left. I was then charged $50 because the mechanic cancelled the appointment. I called Wrench asking why was I charged and no work done. I was told the mechanics ******** story and was charged. I had no missed calls, no voicemails, no texts and no emails. No proof he tried contacting me. So that's $200 these criminals stole from me and I still don't have a running car. Literally nothing was done. Thanks assholes!!Review from Roger M.

This company is a joke! The starter went out on my car on a Monday. I contacted Wrench on this day and scheduled for Wednesday. Small snow storm hit and mechanic cancelled because he was snowed in with four inches of snow. Rescheduled for Friday. Same deal, mechanic is snowed in even though it didnt actually snow anymore. Rescheduled a third time for the following Wednesday. I called Tuesday to confirm we were set for Wedneday. I was told we were a go!Wednesday comes and its past my scheduled appointment window so I call and am again told mechanic is snowed in even though no snow since a week prior. Earliest they can get me in is the following Monday! No thank you! Biggest waste of time and runaround. Ended up calling another mobile mechanic service and they scheduled for next day and way cheaper. Stay away from Wrench as they are unreliable and do not have reliable mechanics on their payroll. They do not provide reliable service and will leave you stranded scrambling to get your car fixed with no urgency on their side!Review from Michelle L

Two months ago I contacted this company to replace a water pump were doing so he told me I needed to belt replaced also which indeed they were very worn so I had those replaced. Also then I called him back to diagnose a leak. He told me I needed a new radiator, OK I scheduled that repair. I proceed to see him on my security camera standing by my garbage can in the front yard urinating so that kind of rubbed me the wrong way and then he came back to replace the radiator well the trans cooler attaches to the bottom of the radiator. It has O-rings on it to stop it from leaking , Im no mechanic but Im thinking that when you pull that part off of the old one, you probably should replace those O-rings thats probably something you should have with you. You know theyre very small and tiny and get worn out very easily. Well he didnt put any O-rings on there when he took the old ones off nor did he put any back in the overflow tank when he took the old ones out , so consequently I still have the same problem after spending $1200 with this company that I had two months ago its leaking antifreeze still from the same area as it was leaking when I first had them diagnose now I cannot get them to call me back or come back and put O-rings in that shouldve been done. They shouldnt of put it together without those anybody with half of a brain would know that if you do not put those rubber O-rings in there you were gonna have a leak , not one time did he say hey your car is going to leak then when I called him to come back out again he didnt even look at my car under the hood. He just said I know what the problem is you need O-rings on the transcooler OK thats fine and dandy. Why didnt you put them on there? He told me well I have a universal kit of O-rings but I put on there one that was the closest I could fit. To make a long story short, I cant get to my second job I live single and alone in **********, *** spent $1200. My car should be drivable and its not.Review from Joshua B

I've had two services with them. The second one didn't turn out as I was hoping but the mechanic was knowledgeable enough to know that the service I requested was not what it needed. Convenience of having a mechanic come to your home to work on your car is what sold me with them.
