    On January second Amazon locked me out of my account because someone was supposedly trying to change my password, not once but 10 times is what the representative told me. No one ever e-mailed me or texted me to tell me about this. After making me wait 24 hours for something I wasn't responsible for I contacted them as I was told to get back into my account. On the third of January they did some code sending which was requiring them to send me a One time coded to get into my account which is when they realized for whatever reasons the email addressed associated with the account was not associated with the account anymore. They say they don't know why. Everything was the same on the first of the year. Now when they tell me to change my password because my password on my account just goes in and I forgot to save it in my notes so I didn't remember it, when they say that they aqre sending me another One time passcode I realize the numbers coming up which are supposed to be the last four digits to my phone are wrong they say send it which of course locks me out my account.I tell them they have to find away to fix that because those are not the last numbers to my phone, so I dont know where the codes are ******** its another day day I'm going to call again since now I have put in this complaint and maybe a paying customer who monthly memberships and subscriptiions are always paid on time, except when I was sick, should not have to be subject to this disrespect. And I have 2 Amazon fire televisions 2 echo dots and a tablet and I have been unable to use these items since I am locked out of this Amazon account. Yes you read right ,I can't watch the 2 televisons because theyr'e connected to this locked account. Go figure. Well this is my complaint

    Last year i had a double charge for months for amazon prime. They were unable to help me or refund me any money. I cancelled amazon prime and got a new card for my bank account. This month i was charged on my new card for amazon prime. They refused to help me saying my csrd was comprised again. I find it highly disturbing thst they can take payment for a prime account with your card but thrn in turn cannot pull up that same account using that same card to figure out the problem. I am going to change my card again but will never use amazon prime ever again in my life since they are so unwilling to help.

    We are a small marketing agency that provide marketing/administrative services on various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, ************* etc, the complaint clearly says that they were charged with Amazon Prime. That is charged by Amazon **** So we believe there has been some misunderstanding as the customer wanted to complaint against ********************** *** not us.

    Im trying to put a complaint in for amazon prime but cant figure out which one it is.  I just filed one but apparently was the wrong company.  Any help wiuld be appreciated thankyou

    Company offered 100% money back guarantee if did not perform. They created a website selling products they chose. If did not meet sales goal in 120 days. Not one sale was made. Now they are ignoring my request for a refund after they said they processed the refund. I have been chasing this money for 7 weeks. Unacceptable. I was working with a ***********************, *************** and ******** (although I imagine those are code names)
