*** continuously lies about the delivery date. Using tracking number on their app, they indicated that my package is out for delivery. That means it is scanned into the local distributor and in a van to my residence, yet when I can finally speak to a human, I find out it's not in the same state and all the tracking by scan is fraudulent. Being this is the third delivery I have been treated this way by ***, I feel the need to report their fraudulent delay system of delivery promises then creating other delivery dates that are not kept. Then the customer ********************** telephone number says I can not be connected to a representative unless I say over and over" I need to talk to a human". To resolve my complaint, 1 stop distributing false locations of packages, 2. No automated telephone system 3. Telephone centers in the USA that actually provide accurate information.Business response
