      American Green Building Services ("ABG") is filing this complaint in regards to a wire transfer in the amount of $55,000 made to ENERGO HORIZONS LOGISTICTS (EA) LLC on November 20, 2023. The money was transferred in connection with the purchase of a fuel from **************************** but Megalogistics never deliver the fuel and now does not answer any calls or emails. The believe ENERGO is conspiring with Megalogistics and others to defraud US Citizens and companies.

      I was told by a person I worked with a while ago that ****************** was his partner and that he believed that ****************** could help locate a Van for my disabled sister, in addition she needed a special bed. I was told that I would earn money by sending the 60k due to other investments that this group had. None of that was true i have been calling every day for at least 5 months for the return of my money, now they are ignoring my calls. ****************** will not come to the phone, I called the number that was written on the agreement and that is not his number.. In addition the company on the agreement is not registered correctly. The company has been dissolved a least couple of times. The web list his information but connects to another ****************** that is in another special field.. The telephone number that is registered with the Secretary of State is disconnected and has been that way for months. My banker contacted the bank that the money was wired to for ****************** and that account has been closed. No one is answering at that company either. The company associated to ****************** is Energo Horizon Logistics (EA) LLC. that company is not responding either. I have requested my money back plus all other funds that they owe me. The filings and the paperwork filed with the *** along with past history for ****************** I am not sure if the company is legitimate. I am really disappointed with this company because I have lost time and money in purchasing the van and the bed for my sister. I was promised that things would be settled in 5-7 days it has been 5 months since the initial agreement, this is looking more like a scam and a fraudulent agreement. I tried to leave ****************** a message to call back to help my sister who is a quadriplegic. We needed the advise from a physical therapy , he has not responded. His license information is also incorrect, not sure if this is a legitimate practice or business.
