1 starCompany is *********. I called to get service and was quoted $29.99 + $35 labor cost. I asked for full estimated quote and was told it could not be provided as she did not know what door I had. I mentioned I had a previous bad experience before by being surprised at massive increase to cost before and she said she understood bit could not give more details. Technician arrives and without seeing the door was able to quote me and quoted $249. I called the woman back to inform her I considered this unethical and that she lied to me. She said it was a reasonable price as costs start at $249 and go to $500 or more. I asked then why did she not say that in the beginning? I asked if they proviany service for $35 and got no answer. She never said sorry, never acknowledged the ****** what she quoted before vs. after and seemed more offended that I called her out on what she did then try to fix the situation. Highly unethical, very rude customer service and no concerns about the scam she just pulled. Stay away from this company or at least be informed what you will actually be charged. They should not be able to do this legally.CT Locksmith Seattle

1 starFrustrating experience with this locksmith company. I requested a quote for 2 keys each for 2 vehicles, but they initially provided a quote for 1 key each after asking for clarification. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, I received repeated calls from different representatives, and the quote doubled when one agent suggested the 2nd key would be cheaper. One particular agent was rude and unhelpful, prompting me to ask him to stop calling and block his number. I never provided my cell phone number, but they somehow obtained it through caller ID. Emails came from different domains and [email protected] andwithout a signature line, making it hard to track communication of who you spoke to. Unfortunately, this company wasted my time and overpriced the rude man suggested when he didnt understand that this is what they charged. I check with the dealer and local business and I wouldn't recommend them at all.CT Locksmith Seattle

1 starI give them a star because they did show up and get me into my. house. Other than that they clearly take advantage of people who are desperate. When I called he quoted me 39 for the visit plus labor (I had spent all day traveling from ********** MX only to arrive home at 8:30 pm and find I couldn't open my door). When the guy arrived he said the cost was 359 plus labor. I should have said no but I was so tired I just wanted to get into my house. He had to drill the lock to remove it, then offered to replace it with a digital lock for 125 dollars (later found it on ********** website for 69 dollars). All in all it ended up costing me 599 dollars. Ok, I am an idiot but they are crooks! Use anyone else, please!!!CT Locksmith Seattle

1 starReally bad and unprofessional experience. Reached out based on reviews but was excessively overcharged multiple times over verbal quote in two phone calls. Charged us $1200 for 3 lock changes (sliding patio door, two standard doors), onsite for less than 60mins. No specialist hardware or complexities. Daylight robbery. Steer clear.CT Locksmith Seattle

1 starWay over priced, was charged ****** for a lock that is available at ********** for *****. I did not know this in advance, so agreed to have it installed. Feel very taken advantage of. Person was unprofessionally dressed, was working out of his personal car trunk with boxes of locks. Did not even try to work with or program the lock I already had that was keyless. Very disappointed and will not be using them or recommending them.Review fromAlex M

1 starWas left in a bind after my dog locked my car door. Insurance recommended I call 911 and explain that there was an animal involved and was told that Olympia doesn't respond to animals in vehicles. Gave me this number for CT locksmith. Im astounded that he charged 199 with a 29 dollar service fee totaling 250$.Review fromKathy G

1 starWay overpriced! I was locked out of my house the night the power went out Called CT locksmith, 30 minutes later the guy came, took a wrench and turned one bolt to the right to open my door. He charged me $429 and said the rate was high "becuase of the storm". When I asked what the typical rate is he said $289. I told him what he was doing was highly unethical. They clearly take advantage of people in difficult situations.CT Locksmith Seattle

1 starOn Tuesday, August 27th I locked my purse and phone at **** ***** in ********. I asked for help at the customer service counter inside the store and got someone who called a locksmith. That Locksmith was CT Locksmith. I waited 45 minutes and once he showed up it took 5 minutes to open the car. I had difficulty understanding the heavy accent and thought he said $50 plus a charge of $29. I thought that was reasonable and signed the tablet. He took my phone number and said he would send the receipt but have not received it yet. Two days later I received my bank statement showing a withdrawal of $504 to CT Locksmith. I definitely didn't hear or see a quote of $500 dollars. The price was extremely high for the work that was completed. We attempted to contact CT Locksmith for the overcharge and was told their management would call within 24 hours. CT Locksmith still hasnt responded and Im left with no alternative seek redress this in other ways.
