      I do not recommend this law firm. My case is almost 2 years old when originally told it would be about 1-year to complete. At times I have emailed and called for several months asking for updates and would get no response. I have been asking for updates since January 2023 which is over a year since the accident. I provide everything asked for and then still go months with no response to my inquiries. Fast forward to April 2024 I was told a settlement has been reached and that all that is left to do is sign the release and then everything should be complete within 4 weeks. It is now June 28, 2024, I was told that the settlement check had been received by Dubin but they could not release or finalize payment to me because they had not received final ledger even after they requested several times. I reached out and was able to have the final ledger sent within two business days. Again, I am back to sending emails asking for updates, what is next or how I can help and get no response. I have called several times asking for supervisor or someone in management and have never been able to speak to anyone.At this point I no longer believe I will be receiving any settlement monies and cannot even reach anyone to ask for transparency on what is really going on.Someone told me once from their office "it's not like this case is worth millions of dollars." I now believe that to mean that whatever settlement amount that was received on my behalf is not worth following through on or completing in timely matter due to it not being a high enough amount.Overall, the customer service has been horrible, and I feel failed by this Law firm.
