      Provided inaccurate premium quotes over a period of months. I spoke to approx 5 different 1099 and W2 employees who rude, dismissive and incompetent. I would like to speak to a supervisor. Multiple requests to speak to a supervisor were not successful. Frustrating and time consuming.

      I continued to get ******** Supplement solicitations from Assurance addressed to my deceased Mother (died August 12, 2019). I have called Assurance numerous times and asked them to remove her name/address from their mailing list. Each time I called the person who spoke with me just said they would take care of it. Several times I called and I had to ask them to take her name and address. They acted as if they did not care. While I know that I can just throw this in the trash, I am irritated by the lack of professionalism of Assurance. Why would anyone do business with a company like this with no integrity?

      For the last week, I have been receiving 6+ calls a day from this company. On multiple occasions I have asked to be removed from the call list as I am not interested in their services. With the most recent experience, the caller was extremely sarcastic, calling me by a different name. When I mentioned there was no one at this number with that name he said, "Oh! You're must be lying! I don't believe you!" I told the caller I was going to report their harassment to the BBB and his response was, "No you won't," and then proceeded to laugh at me. Not only is this highly unprofessional business activity, but the fact that I have been called at 6am as well is also ridiculous.

      I am on the DO NOT CALL list. However Assurance calls me 2-3 times a day. When you call they hang up on you once they know there is no sale. They are listed by ******** as fraud! They must stop calling, cease and desist! Filing a complaint with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY does not stop them from caling

      I am rejecting this response because: The apology from Assurance is not accepted! Their claim they are just now adding our number to their do not call list is a fabrication since they have been told them to put our number on their do not call list yet they continue to call! Also the fact that our number has been listed on the do not call registry yet Assurance continued to call. Assurance broke the regulations required by the Do Not Call Registry, BROKE THE *** and should be fined for breaking the law. Using fake numbers and caller IDs to entrap those who answer. Fake numbers that are disconnected when redialed. These scammers must start paying the price or they will never stop.

      I signed up to get a quote via email for health insurance plans and was bombarded by 40+ phone calls within a couple hours. They interrupted my work day and call non-stop every couple of minutes. I had to block the MULTIPLE numbers they called from. It was harassment they amount of calls I received within a short amount of time. I called back to tell them to take me off their list immediately and they service rep hung up on me without taking me off their call list.

      These people call me several times a day despite repeated requests for them to stop! I am not interested in the services and have told them several times. After dealing with this harassment, I wouldn't ever use them. This issue is causing me undue stress and I wish they would just leave me alone.

      This company is harassing me with unsolicited phone calls. *** asked them repeatedly to take me off their list and to stop calling and they wont stop. If you look at the ****** reviews for the company, they are doing this to other people.

      I was forced to work with management to complete tests by screen sharing so we all had the right answers then I was let go for it and so were others! We were told we broke policy, when I told them I was made to do it, I was told well sorry. Not to mention I have a screenshot of my manager telling me I have to work off the clock. They hired a ton of people to work AEP 2023 then fired 300 of them with no warning right before Christmas. This is a clear violation of not only my.rights but laws as well. I contacted the local **** in my state and filed a complaint with a follow.up email with a full description of what happened, I have not heard back and it's been over a month.
