    This company is a scam, they lie straight up over the phone. they are requesting payment for a service provided 2.5 years ago, never received anything during that time, but all of the sudden i'm past due and my service will be suspended? I don't even have service with them anymore. They refuse to transfer the call to their supervisors.

    I'm on day 5 dealing with their incompetence. My refrigerator dies and my warranty company set up the appt. w/Keepe Up. The person came out, spent 5 minutes looking at it and said it was the compressor that needed replaced. The next day we received an email stating that we didn't owe anything for the repair and that they would be scheduling a follow up appt. for the repair. 2 hours later we received ANOTHER email stating that we owed a little over $300 for the repair and that we could not schedule the repair until that was paid. I paid it and then waited for the follow up appointment. No one emailed or reached out so we called and they said they had not received our payment. I went back and forth between Keepe Up, the warranty company and the bank. The bank says that they sent the money. Keepe is saying they have not received it. I put in another payment and they say they still havent received it. They now have over $600 of my money and won't set up the service appt. No one in customer service can speak clear English.

    Never do business with Keepe. I did 3 jobs for about $1000 they never paid me and didn't answer.

    After reviewing our records, we were only able to locate one pending invoice for $120, which is already being prioritized for payment. We could not find any other submitted invoices totalling $1,000 that is pending as mentioned in your review.

    I am an Independent Contractor who Keepe contracted out thru fiscal year 2024.After traveling all over the state if Indiana performing service for this company, they failed to pay.They owe me over $3,000.00, attempted to destroy documented invoices and stopped answering the phone

    IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR - DO NOT ACCEPT WORK FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS! I would NEVER promote this business for contractors or for homeowners. STAY AWAY!!!

    They are not good at communicating. They refuse to pay out clients and contractors that are retained or hired. They do not answer phone calls or emails.

    They scammer, do not do any business with this company, full of promises, no money, again if you are a small business, please dont do any business with these scammers. I will be taking legal action against ******** word thats best described them crooks

    Dont like paying contractors Hires them, then decides not to pay them and decides to dictate how much their services cost I recommend customers and contractors stay away

    Bad experience. If you have Service plus home warranty, they contract with Keepe. There is no coordination between the two. Took them a week to set up an appt for refrigerator repair. Then technician no showed. They made another appt a week later. Tech came over. Said fan needs replaced. Part ordered. Took them a week to set up another appt after part arrived. Part replaced. Within a day, issue returns. Then had to defile a claim. Service plus is equally bad. They kept saying we sent order to Keepe. Keepe says they did not receive it. Multiple calls between the two, they made another appt. Now tech says to replace two other parts, different company this time. Now service plus gave me $300 as repair is not cost effective. Depreciation amount for refrigerator that will cost me $10 K to replace. Worst is complete lack of communication between the two. Also lot of delay in making appt.

    Awful!!! First to start off the the technician that they sent couldn't speak hardly any English didn't even know how to do anything with our washer he had to go into ******* to figure it out. I stood there and watched him then next he ordered the part and ordered the wrong part then it took us forever to get it fixed like 3 weeks back and forth one time it was a no-show on a technician then we were waiting on the part then they overcharged us. WOULD NOT recommend them at all. their invoices don't even make sense.text messages don't get answered for hours...Phone people have no clue about anything going on there..Please don't use them unless you want a runaround..
