    I ordered a bird feeder from Feanatic on 7/13/25. I have enclosed a photo of the feeder that the company advertises and the one that I ordered. When the feeder arrived, it was nothing like the one in the photo. It was cheap and nothing like the one pictured. It has a plastic cap that will not stay on (company advertises metal cap), it does not have a baffle inside, and even the shape is different. I wrote to the company and they only apologized that I wasn't happy with it. I'm not happy because it's not what I ordered! I want my money back. Also, the company appears to be in *******, but the feeder shipped from *****. They even advertise 3-day shipping from **********, but it took over a week because it came from *********************************************************************************************************************************************

    Ordered motion sensors 6/02/05 and they keep telling me order has been shipped. I asked for a tracking number over 2 weeks ago and have not received one. All I want is a full refund and I will not pursue this issue anymore. They have a 1 BBB should have done more investigation. Their phone number is ************.     Ordered a hummingbird feeder for $9.90. In addition, I was charged $9.95 for ultimate protection (not sure what this is?) which I did not order. I've called several times in the past two weeks, but they still have not refunded my credit card. In addition, I have not received the hummingbird feeder.

    On 10/22/24. I ordered a medical grade hands free knee crutch from Feanatic. I was at therapy for upcoming surgery and it was recommended that I get one to use for mobility on steps as I would be not able to bear weight for a few week post op. The therapist showed me goggled picture of the appliance and this company was one of the shown options.I ordered it that day as I would need it to practice prior to surgery date. The Ad shows price $105 save $54 33%off free 3day shipping from **************, Free 30-day returns and 1 year warranty. After I placed order I got a receipt that there was a slight delay and to allow 5-8 business days for arrival. When I still did not receive as it promised post the additional delay I contacted them on 11/1/24 to cancel the order as I had to purchase elsewhere, which I did.. They refused. The package came on 11/5/24 and I have been sending numerous request to send me return authorization. They asked for pictures which I sent. They are now refusing as they say they dont refund or return sale items. Ad clearly has sale price and 30 day return on same page. Also package that arrived, consist of many metal poles and parts and a piece of paper in what I believe is chinese writing that looks like some assembly instructions. The sale site has Lots of 4 star reviews that refer to she online assembly and fitting instructions. I now believe these are false claims.
