      I signed up for a payment plan for one of their products. However it became clear within the first month that I would be sent more products that I never ordered, nor wanted despite my asking to stop the auto ordering of items I did not want. I was told that my subscription was for a payment plan of a device, and that I HAD to accept the other items. I realized after the first month that I really did not want to be a part of this mail order scam. I still have the original unopened box - never opened either the shipper or the inside contents. I recently again got a bill for more product that I don't want. I wrote to them to be released from this subscription because it was basically a trap I felt I had been lured into. I can't afford all the other products they want to sell me and I realize I don't want the original product, because this so called payment plan (which it is not, I now realize) costs more in total than I expected. When I asked for a full refund and return the items I was threatened with a charge for the full price of this device- again, I have never opened, used or examined. I was also told that I could not be released from the subscription where I would be constantly sent product I don't want. This is truly a trap and I want to be able to return the unopened box and end the subscription along with a refund of the two payments automatically taken out of my account. I no longer want their additional product sent to me and I don't want to be threatened with charges for products I do not want. I have attached two separate email threads showing how they respond to my requests to stop sending unwanted products and to end subscription, return product for full refund where they again threaten me with automatically charging my account for full amount of product.

      Thank you for reaching out to us and we apologize for any miscommunication. ************************* signed up to participate in our 6-month membHERship program on February 15th 2023. ***** contacted us on May 8th, 2023 asking us to pause or cancel this program. We replied explaining the program details in which she committed to participate in. On May 9th, 2023,***** demanded a refund in response to our email at which time we replied with the following statement on May 9th, 2023, "Thank you for your email. We attempted to reach out to you on April 10th to further assist you with your memHERship status. We value your patience, thus; we have communicated with you thoroughly regarding your memHERship status.

      Please see the attached return label to ship back your unopened order. We will proceed with a refund once the return order is received.
      We have successfully canceled your 6-month memHERship,effective immediately.

      Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you should have any additional questions or concerns."

      In addition, we attached an **** pre-paid shipping label to the email for ***** to send back her order(s)/product(s).

      I attached our email correspondence as well as a PDF of the **** pre-paid shipping label as part of our response.

      We are awaiting the items back to authorize ****** refund. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you should have any additional questions.
