I was given awards multiple times for achievements in Coin Master throughout my play. All of a sudden its showing that the time to accomplish the final goal is expired. I had 30 days to achieve this goal and I think I did in about 26 days. I reached out to Copper support and they explained that there were some updates and I needed to log out and back in. That didnt work and I havent heard back since.I have spent countless hours and made several deposits as investment in this payoff.Business Response

I received 2 emails regarding my Copper rewards app account. I received this same message twice in June of 2025. We have detected suspicious activity on your account and have temporarily suspended it for your protection. There are multiple reasons we don't receive data from a game. They include:
1?? Tracking wasn't on when you downloaded and installed the game,
2?? You've already been rewarded for playing this game from a different rewards platform, so you aren't new to the game,
3?? The game detected unusual activity and didn't report the activities due to their fraud controls.

First off, the app can potentially give you money via points for playing games. Upon first signing up, I even cashed out $10 with incentives from a single game! This complaint is for what happens when you devote countless hours, days or weeks, into achieving a Goal, with promise of financial reward, which the app and it's service ***** do not make good on. Copper needs to be investigated by not only *****, but also the ************************** for Fraud, because that is what they are doing:I spent 2 weeks trying to reach level 250 with an offer on a game the points equivalent of $30. After countless hours, I finally reached the goal, 4 days short of the offers expiration. I reached the goal on the game, waited for the points to appear, only they did not. Yet, when all 5 previous goals on this same game were met, my points applied within minutes. These never came. Customer support at ********************** is non existent. When I first reached out to support, an AI chat bot told me it had not been long enough to allow me to connect with a human representative. So I waited the required amount of time and reached out to an agent. It took 15 days for a response. By that time the offer was long expired. The agent asked for a laundry list of screenshots and items to verify the claim, which i provided and then some. NO. RESPONSE. NOT. A. PEEP. No reponses to my follow up emails. No points. No $.They lure you in with the promise of an app that worked as advertised for a week. You'll then spend weeks on a single game trying to reach a near impossible goal. Reach it, then be ripped off and ghosted by Copper. They are frauds. A scam. They want your time and will NOT pay up once they have you putting in the hours they want from you, which they are being compensated for by the game companies they partner with, Please Investigate COPPER GAMES for consumer fraud. I was to receive two separate deposits of 5.00 USD from Copper on 04/28/2025. However only one deposit of 5.00 was made to my account. The same day, after never receiving another deposit of 5.00, I initiated a help ticket with Copper, and received the first and only response regarding this issue, which simply encouraged me to reach out to Venmo as my Copper profile shows two successful 5.00 deposits.Despite the vague response, I took their advice and immediately reached out to Venmo whom confirmed I received only one 5.00 deposit from Copper on 04/28/25 and suggested I request both transaction IDs for the both of the 5.00 deposits. As a reminder, this all occurred on 04/28/2025 and as of 05/09/2025 I have received no response or assistance with the matter, despite creating several help tickets on; 04/30/25, 05/01/25, 05/04/25, & 05/09/25 and sending two direct emails to ************************************* (05/06/25 & 05/09/25) and one reply to my initial response (04/28/25)Business Response

The reward was supposed to be $34. I enabled tracking and submitted all the evidence they asked for, including a screen recording, screen time, and a screenshot of in-app activity. I have multiple offers started within the app. After starting an offer for an app called MPL and completing a task within this offer all of the offers I had previously started as well as MPL have disappeared. The task which I completed in MPL was to make a deposit of $10 which gave a reward of ***** copper credits which is equal to $48. ***** to contact customer support but have been unable to contact anybody. It says theres an app live chat with support but thats never been thing thats actually happened. It says they will contact me at my email but they never have. I tried to contact them a few weeks ago But I got no reply and no email from them. They have an AI Bot that is absolutely useless and has never helped. Its so convenient for them that all of the stuff I had in progress has disappeared, especially when it happened right after I completed one of the, if not the most lucrative offer available in the copper app.Business Response

Mr. ****** indicates that Copper had an offer for creds for an achievement in the mobile game, MPL, which he began and then the offer was no longer visible.
Depending on advertiser conditions, offers may be discontinued, which is what happened in this case. We identified that we had a handful of accounts where they had downloaded the game around the time that the discontinuation started, resulting in the mismatch in communication.
Copper Terms state, Some games are provided by third-party partners, and Copper is not responsible for the content, operation, or successful completion of game-related tasks.
As a courtesy, we added 1000 creds, which has a redemption value of $10.00.
