      On May 4, 2025, I observed a Mothers Day Brunch and Paint event located at the ******************************** on May 11th from 1pm-5pm. I called ******* **** inquiring about two tickets for my wife and I. I read the advertisement on ********. The menu advertised Fresh Fruit, BBQ Meatballs, Caesar Salad, Shrimp, Grits, Salmon, Chicken, Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, Pancakes, Red Velvet Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, Roasted Potatoes, Dirty Rice, ************* Fresh Veggies and an Assorted Desserts. Brunch and Paint was $150 for my wife and I. We sent the payment through ***** and received an invoice. After our arrival verifying our invoice. We were greeted with a plastic cup 1/5 full of what one would call a Mimosa. The server stated they ran out of champagne (no problem). Then, we were given a cup of cold grits and shrimps. Later after the event, I wanted to give ******* some constructive feedback about our dissatisfaction. Juannita mentioned people were sealing the paint sets, which we never received. She said she would make it up to us. After failing to do so she refused to make us whole for services not rendered. Juannita became very rude and as of this day, (May 24), no remedy. We need to continue to support our people, but educate them along the way to running successful businesses and services. As an experienced professional with a ********** I WILL CONTINUE TO REACH BACK HELPING OTHERS.
