This blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable and left us feeling coerced and manipulated. Throughout the entire ordeal, Quark displayed a complete lack of effective communication. We were kept waiting for hours in a ballroom, only to eventually be informed of the cancellation. This level of miscommunication and lack of transparency is simply inexcusable. Adding insult to injury, Quark Expeditions is now informing us that the refund amount of $24,000 will take an exorbitant 60 days to process. This is not only an unreasonable delay but also a blatant disregard for their customers' financial well-being. It is this type of treatment that leaves customers feeling frustrated, disrespected, and undervalued. I can only hope that Quark Expeditions takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements to their services, as no customer should be subjected to such treatment. In conclusion, I would strongly urge potential travelers to think twice before considering Quark Expeditions for their cruise plans. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice.
