    No stars I have been trying to cancel this service for over a year now and the only way to do so is by calling the number Which says someone will answer shortly and you wait for a while then it hangs up on you. I would like a complete refund. I am a senior citizen and was coerced into signing up being told it was free with no one telling me it would turn into a subscription. And now they don't even answer their phones. They are thieves
