I bought a ******** phone the end of May this year and it is still under warranty. August ******************************* everytime I picked it up and touched the power key. They are now telling me to send it back first *** to eight week evaluation before they will replace it. I can not and will not be without a phone for a fault that is their own. Not to mention they do need to investigate this issue as to so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I do not mind sending them my phone for this after replace is sent. Please help me resolve this issue. Product arrived different than what was stated on packaging and on website. Ordered exfoliating face wash and basically received a bottle of water. What a scam. It runs off of my fingers faster than water, actually. Do not order from them.Initial Complaint

** email has been used without my consent to create an account with this company.As soon as i find this out, I looked on their website to find out how i can delete the account - you can't! I emailed them informing them that the account has been created without my consent, that i do not agree to any of their terms and conditions and asked them to remove my email from their database... this happened on October 1st, ticket request #*******, the email said they would contact me within 3 days... Today is October 6th, i received an email from them, asking me "to evaluate my email with ****** from *******, that ive been emailing with".... ive never received any email from them, i dont know any ******..... ** request was clear. Im still receiving emails from them, meaning that they havent deleted my email from their database! I did ask them to email me saying that my request has been processed and it has been deleted from their DB... that is the only acceptable email from them. Please help!Initial Complaint

I ordered a product at the beginning of June, thinking I was ordering a lotion type product, I accidentally ordered the gel type. I tried it thinking it would be the same, but it irritated my skin so severely I returned it and asked for an exchange. The return took a very long time and when I received an email they refunded me instead of exchanging the product. I contacted customer service about this and was told they would send me the product I originally requested for free. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM. This complaint is about VERY POOR customer service, first overlooking a request for exchange (which they make you fill out a long form for), having to pay the postage, being told I would receive the product I asked for at no charge, a clear brush off the customer technique. I spoke with a representative named ***. I want the product they offered me at no charge since they failed to make an exchange.
