    They have you complete the observation and will try to find a reason not to pay despite having all of the information. The only customer service agent, *****, seems to be a pro at rejecting the store observations. Her demeanor and tone during our email conversation let me know they are really not interested in paying you for your work but rather having you do the observation for free, and searching for a slight to avoid payment. Its really sad actually that there are some people that use their authority in the wrong manner behind these technological innovations because they have no accountability. When I asked to speak to a higher up and she never responded.Your time can be better spent working with a company that values your time. They owe me $40 I will update this review if they make good.
