    I was only informed of the automatic renewal process for my subscription fees three business days before it took effect. Earlier communications made no reference beyond the existence of an auto-renewal clause.The renewal itself occurs 30 days before the contract end date, which is counterintuitive. While the platform notified me that my contract was expiring, it did not disclose that it would automatically renew. Compounding this, the renewal fee has increased by 35%. Further, the renewal was applied not just to the original agreement but also to an additional agreement made in January 2025effectively expanding the renewal beyond the original contract terms without my explicit consent.The auto-renewal clause was buried in fine print on page 5 of a 10-page document and written in vague terms. Once I became aware of this, I attempted to speak with someone, but my support representative has changed four times. My current representative has cancelled every scheduled meeting and has refused to speak with me. I have also left messages with four other contacts, none of whom have responded.Over the past year, I have frequently received no response to service requests, and when services were provided, they were flawed.Given these circumstances, I am requesting to cancel my subscription, which is due to end on October 21, 2025. I should not be required to pay for another year at such an excessive rate under these conditions.

    CONSTANT PHONE CALL HARRASSMENT! Someone named "*****" has been calling my office and personal cellphone MULTIPLE TIMES A WEEK for MONTHS ON END. He calls from different phone numbers - to which I block - and he just calls from another number. This "company" has area codes from all over the country so it looks like on caller ID it's a new caller. He leaves a message saying, "hey it's ***** from Pay Scale, call me back." Or it's "hey, this is *****, call me back."THIS IS HARRASSMENT. Obviously, if my company was interested, we would have called back by now after MONTHS of these calls.

    Breach of contract and are refusing to let go of what we owe them when we had no idea a contract existed since the employee left long ago. Unethical rude staff. Not willing to find a solution. This company is shady and a scam. How can I be held accountable for a contract I did not know existed.

    This is a bad website that claims to give information to consumers when all it does is collect personal data and then makes the consumer have to sign up in order to access anything. They lie about the information they will provide the consumer just to collect data and resend bogus emails later. The website should be shut down.

    I wish to have my personal cell phone number removed from the sales calls, and to not be contacted again. I am in the National Do Not Call Registry and have had this number registered since 2022. I have already filed an FTC complaint since the calls have been persistent.
