            One of GRE's properties, ******* of Fifth, has not issued a check for overpayment. I moved out on June 11, 2022. After numerous calls directly to the property manager, I was told that she still needed to complete bookkeeping and would contact me when my **** was finalized. My account now shows a credit of $1,272.45.I reached out to GRE directly for 2 weeks asking about the status of my account. I was told to leave messages and that someone would reach out to me. it was not until last week that a representative told me there was a glitch in the system and turnover so I was not issued a check and they would be sending one out shortly. I have since called for a follow-up as no check has been received. I have gotten no response yet to my request for follow up. I would like a check to be issued immediately so that I no longer have dealings with this company.

            Worst management company ever. They do the bare minium on there rental properties. And there excuse is I wasn't here when that happened, but moving on it will be good. We'll that's a lie as they switch out ** and managers before they are able to keep their word. Our homes are being cased , cars windows are broke and vehicles are stolen. And I'm told they don't deal with that. So much for working together to make it a safe environment. And I have caught my new manager in two lies already. And the ** who.promised so much moved on in the company and left us waiting on him to only find out after he was not our ** any longer
