      I had confirmation on a car rental with extra insurance paid. When I arrived at designated time they had no information on the rental. I gave the confirmation number and they found the canceled rental. When I discussed with the agent they claimed and blamed the rental company. I have to make other arrangements and could not leave on time. The services being offered are false.

      Terrible. My flight was changed to ********************************************************************************** the full fee for my rental or pay $100 cancellation fee and rebook. When I went to rebook the same car rental was $400 more. Do not use. terrible policy. Terrible customer service. You will be robbed by this compnay. DO NOT USE.

      Arrived at Rental Sixth .Car was more then double after I was told that it was not paid in full and I had no insurance in which I did buy .Total scam do not go threw these guys

      They absolutely suck! First off, they charged me for a car I never used. Secondly, when I tried to get my money back, they said they were a billing company for hospitals! Asked to speak to supervisor, they said they couldn't help me. Totally a scam! They need to be shut down and criminally charged. Wish I could give them - stars. they should give me stars for putting up with their incompetence

      STAY AWAY! SCAM ALERT!I made a reservation for a car that was TWO WEEKS AWAY. Things changed so I attempted to modify the reservation. There was no option for me to modify so I canceled and rebooked with the SAME company, carrentals.com. I realized they charged me $50, which was confusing because I did not see a cancellation fee mentioned upon booking. I called to get the $50 waived because I REBOOKED which the correct dates. They kept saying that they couldn't and that "its in the policy" even though the original reservation was TWO weeks away and made another reservation with them. So now, I chose not use them AT ALL. With any emergency or changes, you cannot modify the reservation. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.They have bad policies. Very predatory SCAMMERS.

      Bait and switch! Do not use! I rented a car and paid for it online. When I got there they said there was no car in order to up-charge me for an upgrade. So disappointed in carrentals.com and expedia.

      This company fraudulently charged me $433 for absolutely nothing, and **************** did not support my dispute. The telephone operators engaged in deceptive practices to prevent me from cancelling.

      This scam company charges $50 even if you cancel immediately. I realized I had made a reservation by mistake and cancelled immediately. They offer no customer support line and no resolution through the virtual agent. Terrible company. STAY AWAY!

      This company ripped ** off. We are out the cost for the rental car and did not get the car. I would hope no one else would have to go through what we did. I would never go through them again. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option

      Extremely unsatisfied with what I saw as a bait and switch deal. I booked a rental car for 2 weeks that I intended on using for a road trip for business. I wanted a fuel economy car and so I chose the managers special because it said it would be something like that or similar. However, it DID NOT say in that description that it could possibly be an electric car...which it turns out, the managers special happened to be that. If I had known that I was going to get an electric car, I would not have chosen the managers special. I would have booked the economy car just below at the SAME rate as the managers special. When I went to get the car and found out that it was an electric car I was FORCED to pay the upgrade of $250.00 for the car that would have been the same rate as the electric one 2 weeks earlier. I feel like I was ripped off on purpose. I feel that they knew I would not want the electric car, and used that as a way to **** off their electric car at my expense. And you can forget getting through to any customer service...they do not provide that.
