            I purchased a RAM mount on April 13, 2022 for $60. I purchased this mount for my Iphone XR. This mount is for my motorcycle and was defective. After proper installation the first day of use my phone fell out of the mount and shattered. I am out a $900 phone and a $60 mount. The company refuses to replace the mount and my phone. The company only refered me back to instructions. The mount is properly installed. I have been a mechanic for 5plus years and I have other people who have also verified proper installation. I am requesting that I not be told to read the instructions again. I want my phone replaced and a new mount.

            Bought a flashlight that was suppose to be free just pay shipping. That was a joke. After I bought the flashlight my credit card was charges for a membership fee of $49.97 for over a year. I never signed up for a membership. Company is a ripoff. They ended getting $249.85 and $149.91 out of me. Sure could use that money. Don't order off these people.
