The consistent weekly updates kept me informed and reassured, and their proactive handling of all correspondence with my mortgage lender made the process remarkably smooth. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to extend my mortgage from 30 to 40 years, significantly lowering my monthly payments. LPD, ***************** and attention to detail. I was 13 months behind on house payments and it got confusing because my loan was sold to a new company which was difficult to deal with. A representative at my old lender recommended LPD so I called them and spoke with *****. He walked me through the process and now I'm current on all payments including the escrow account. Highly recommend LPD!!!! We had an issue with our roof while we were 4 months behind on house payments. Our lender would not help until the insurance claim for the roof was done and it got very confusing. One of the reps at the insurance company recommended LPD so I called and spoke with ***. Great person, and took the time to explain everything. She helped me navigate the process and got our loan current and the rate and payment stayed the same which was awesome. When initially spoke to the lender they said the rate may go up if we get their relief program so thankfully LPD was able to keep the rate the same. Thank you *** and LPD!Lenders PD

Gratitude and much thanks to LendersPD and team for all the hard work in saving my home! I got no help or programs from SPS when I was 9 months behind and wanted to pay them but they wouldnt take a payment from me. I reached out to Lenders and they walked me through the process with clear directions on what needed to happen and in the end my home is saved!Lenders PD

***** company!!!!! Found LPD through my church group, looked them up and saw they had a solid reputation so I called. Spoke with ****, nice guy and straight to the point which I appreciate.LPD got me current on 7 monthsof back payments and stopped theforeclosure. Counting by blessing after this becausemy lender sure didn'toffer me anything I could afford. Thank you **** and LPD!!!Lenders PD

*********************** Sending our praise to LPD for assisting me with my stubborn lender who wanted to foreclose om me and my daughter. Single mother here trying to hang on . Lost my job 7 months ago, found a job pretty quick but lost about a month and the bills stacked up. Tried to work with my lender, did a forbearance program but they wanted all the money at once when the Forbearance ended which I didn't have. The lender also told me the Forbearance would not reflect on my credit report and it did I also tried to get a modification but the lender denied me because I had one less than 24 months ago. I guess there is a limit? I found LPD on the BBB website and talked to Zeke. He was straight to the point and transparent about the fact it would be difficult to get assistance because I had a modification less than 24 months ago. I didn't have a choice since the lender denied me so I put my faith inn LPD and glad I did. They delivered! Got me current and I got to keep my same low interest rate. Last year was tough for us! Just got approved today so **** is looking AMAZING thanks to Lenders Portal Direct and their team. The ******* Family thanks you tremendously! 5 starsWorking with Lender Portal was a great decision that I made. They worked extremely hard in my half and was able to help me with saving my home and a little money. **** was a great help, great listener, explained every thing and every step of the process.
