- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return the product within 14 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a full refund, according to the terms set forth below. You must contact us in writing prior to returning the product for approval and it must be postmarked within the above mentioned 14 day period. Include your original invoice with the product and state the reason you are returning it. Refunds will be issued to the same card that was used to place the order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products sent through the mail service.
