Refund and Exchange Policy
We take the satisfaction of every customer seriously. We typically bill at each stage of a project after the required work is complete and signed off as satisfactory to the client. However, for new clients we may request a 25% deposit, which is 100% refundable if the project is canceled with less than 10% of the work performed.
