October 1 2023 Good afternoon Dr. ********************* My name is ***************************** I writing you as a courtesy, I am an extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism exhibited bye your law firm and its employees. On September 22, 2023 I spoke with ***************************, ********************************* and *************************** about my financial obligations if I were to hire your firm to represent me. The three of them were all in agreement that I couldnt and didnt qualify for your firms monthly payment plan. Therefore they explained to me that I would have to pay $7500 in full with cash. I informed them that I could do that, however it would be my entire savings. Your team especially *************** explained that would be enough to cover the case unless the defendant takes the case to court. He then informed me most likely that would t be scheduled until the summer of ****. Never the lead attorney nor any members of his team mentioned anything about me having to keep $4500 in my account or my representation would be halted. Cant even get an email response from *********************, *********************** or ***************. ***** in finance calls to say if you cant pay, well just refund you whatevers left This is beyond appalling, not only am I financially destroyed Im also now emotionally defeated. The only chance a Father in a situation such as mine has of ever finding and seeing their child is through people such as yourself, *********************, *********************** and ***************. Youre the hope. Youre the faith. Youre the angel *** sends when we pray for our children that we are asking the Lord to help us be with. Instead, youre now the reason I feel defeated and cheated. *********************, ***********************, *************** and your firm, the Levey Law Group/Firm happily took my money, provided mediocre and slimy practices. The financial agreement I allegedly signed was dated 4 days prior September 18 2023 to our first call with my team and email on September 22. Never informed about the $4500 balance.VR
