            On 07/12/2022, we hired Rooter Tech to fix a leak. We thought it was a pipe, but it turns out it was a toilet. They replaced the pipe anyway, and used tools that vibrated the whole house, although most specifically the bathtub that was right underneath where they were working. After they left - with $1,422.20 dollars for the work - we discovered not only did the leaking not stop (because it was the toilet) but that the bathtub no longer drains. They said that since they didn't work specifically on the bathtub, this isn't their fault and refuse to fix it.

            We have been using Rooter Tech for several years and are extremely happy with their work. All their personnel are very friendly and helpful. They are courteous and very careful and respectful in handling our fixtures. The company is very responsive and they go out of their way to explain what problem they find, and how they plan to fix it, and approximate costs involved. They make sure we are happy with their work before they leave. We have dealt with many plumbing companies in the past, but Rooter Tech is the only company we need to call. We recommend them for anyone who wants a professional group that does excellent work at a reasonable price.
