- Web Host Coast 2 Coast's terms and conditions are simply this: If you order service by phone or internet, and you wish to cancel, change, or upgrade your service(s) simply send us an email stating your request before your next service date. You may email your account manager directly or send your email to [email protected].
Prepaid service duration do not require cancellation notice, we will contact you on or before you paid through / expiration date to go over activity / productivity, at that time you may want to purchase additional service, or let service expire.
Service fees for advertising placements, website design, logo design, branding, and creative media are nonrefundable. Integration Information set-up / maintenance fees are nonrefundable. If at any time you are ever unsatisfied with any part of your service with Web Host Coast 2 Coast Inc, please let your account manager know so we can do our best to resolve any issues.
If you ever feel that you are being treated unfairly please send an email to the Company Director ([email protected]) marked URGENT and your response will be personally handled as soon as possible, with utmost respect and diligence.
