    My neighbor was the one who called and had one of my trees trimmed. Unbeknownst to me!!He never spoke to me. Never. Not once Artistic tree works showed up and my daughter called me at work so I went home. Too late.They had taken the branches clear back past the property line. Which I never gave permission for. Its the principle of the matter.Who makes that call.?? The owner of the company never called me back.A lady by the name of *****. She did. She called. But what good is that going to do. Nothing. The point is.They cut MY PROPERTY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION thats the point. Sure. They knocked on my door. At 11:30 in the afternoon. Whos home then??? Whats the rule?? If you cant reach the home owners you can just DO whatever the h*** you want??? Thats absurd. Downright insane.What should have happened was that they should have done the work and left it at the line.Instead. I had 2/5 guys trying to tell me whats best for me and my tree.That tree is my property. It was never discussed with the adjacent property owners that what needed to be done would be done.Having known that the plan was in fact to have it trimmed I may of done it myself. It wasnt a huge branch to begin with. But the fact is. They cut it clear back to my trees trunk. Well on my side of the property line.I am well within my right to blast them for their incompetence.

    Thank you for bringing this error to our attention. I sincerely apologize for it and any inconveniences you may have encountered. 

    At Artistic Treeworks, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and it is our desire to see that customers are satisfied with our business at all levels and find the best possible way to fix any problem they might encounter. I know that you were not the customer in this case however, I would still like to offer some type of compensation, which will be mailed to your home.

    As I write to you, our owner is going over the rules, regulations and requirements for pruning and removing branches due to overhang from neighbor's trees.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business.  I dont want anything from them. I dont want any kind of compensation or anything thats not what Im looking for. I do not want anything. I repeat I do not want anything from the company you dont have to have the owner look up the rules and regulations whats done is done theres nothing that can be done about the branch being cut that far back.
