    the service provided concerning the purchase and delivery of the ** Travel Trailer Milan II. The issues faced have caused significant inconvenience and stress, particularly for the elderly owner involved.Upon purchase, we paid a fee of $695.00 for a complete inspection to ensure that the mechanical, electrical, and functional parts of the trailer were in working order. Despite this, several significant issues have emerged:Delayed Delivery: The trailer was scheduled for delivery at 10 AM on the agreed date but was not dropped off until 5:30 PM. This delay disrupted the owner's plans and added unnecessary stress to the experience.Initial Electrical Issue: At the time of delivery, the delivery driver suggested that the problem was with the 30amp breaker box. However, a licensed electrician, hired at our expense, confirmed that the inverter on the newly purchased trailer was faulty. The trailer's battery should have been charged during transit, but upon arrival, it was nearly deadmirroring its state when viewed on the lot.Lack of Walkthrough: No walkthrough was conducted at the time of delivery to ensure everything was in working order. The driver was extremely late and left without proper inspection, promising to address the issue but providing no follow-up.Incomplete Repairs and Inspection: Although the inverter was eventually replaced by the same individual who delivered the trailer, no comprehensive walkthrough or inspection was conducted to verify functionality of all trailer features.Persistent Electrical Problems: Once the owner's son was able to review the trailer, he found that the bathroom, kitchen outlets, and radio were not functioning. Despite notifying your staff, we were advised to troubleshoot the problem ourselves.Unresolved Issue and Unreasonable Demands: When discussing the issue further with Horn Rapids staff, they refused to provide on-site assistance and instead demanded the owner return the trailer back to the dealer.
