    I demand an explanation about what happened to my rear windshield. I shipped my car on 07/19/2023 with **** the driver. I sent my car with all the original Acura windshields on it, and he promised to deliver my car in ******* on Friday, July 28th. Then it kept getting delayed, and I received my car on Monday, July 31st. He told me he had issues with the truck, so he could not deliver my car on time. It was until four days (Thursday Evening) after I got my car, I noticed big pieces of glass that looked like it came from the rear windshield on the floor of the back seats when I was putting groceries in my car. After thoroughly inspecting the windows, I concluded that the rear windshield shattered, and the driver did not disclose this severe damage to me. It was evident to me that he tried to hide the evidence as he vacuumed all the glass pieces in the car trunk since I didn't see a lot of glass in the trunk. He replaced the windshield with a knockoff (FUYAO). I contacted the company with videos and pictures of the glass, and I wanted to get an explanation. However, they denied it. I acknowledge that I signed the papers. However, I felt scammed since I had to pick up the car on a busy street and not in the location that I put down prior. Furthermore, it was during traffic time, so it was difficult to do a thorough inspection.

    She signed contract before vehicle was uploaded on the truck. Where its says there are no coverage for damaged windows during transportation. Completely disagree. She contacted to company after 5 days the car was delivered and document signed ( check date and signature).Please see attachment with company policy.

    I am rejecting this response because: They tried contacting me several times after receiving this complaint. The insurance company (driver) that was sent to me was not valid, and I was not able to do anything with it. I never received an explanation from the driver about what exactly happen to my car.
