    From 12/6 until 02/24 I havent lived here for even a year its constantly things going on here. ******* ******* is the property manger and she does not do her job what so ever. The stairs are dirty with p*** and blood on the walls and carpet there are MULTIPLE people on drugs come in go parking in spots that are being paid for we cant even get cars towed out our spots because management has to sign off but there no way to contact management because she NEVER in the office nor does she answer the phone or emails there dog p*** everywhere trash everywhere its disgusting! Living here has been a living nightmare I reached out to ******* boss ****** and she isnt no better she doesnt rely either which is crazy yall asking for 2180 for these places but do NOT keep up with the propertys you guys have people getting programs to pay their rent up just to ignore them and not do their job

    From my review of the information regarding this case the property is in good condition and the grounds look good.  as of today, there were no abandoned cars or debris on site.  A formal noise notice was filed to the appropriate unit causing the disturbance and since that date we have not received any other complaints.

    On Sept ******* tecton sent a maintenance *** to our apartment to try to fix my washer machine he claimed he knew how to fix it in which I doubt he guessed a two different things that were wrong with it.The maintenance *** told me he would order me a new washer and dryer I spoke with **** on Oct ****** she couldn't give me a clear answer to when it where my appliance was at I get alot of run around and unanswered emails.I know another tenant in b104 he told me he been waiting three months they haven't even sent a repair *** from a professional company to look at it I'm suspecting they don't want to occur a new cost of a stackable unit due to the cost .All I'm asking is either they send a certified professional not a maintenance *** to actually see what is going on with ***** the mean time the washer is full of water that will build up mold inside from sitting to long.I still have no idea what is going on.But I bet if I were to move out they would replace it without no hesitation.This is not a way to run a business they have a poor rating on ****** and lots of complaints here they shouldn't be in business or managing apartments they can't run properly.

    The last conversation we had regarding the replacement of your washer and dryer, I explained in my conversation with you that we were waiting on our appliance distributor to get back to us.  We were able to get the new washer and dryer scheduled for replacement for October 11, 2024.  We receive service request from you on a weekly basis and take care of your reeds in a timely manner, this is the 1st complaint I have received from you regarding our service to you.  As far as your neighbor is concerned, I spoke to her personally and she stated that there is nothing wrong with her washer and dryer.  I do apologize for the delay, but we were in communication regarding this matter.  Again, should you need any further help, please contact me directly.  Thank you.

    The tecton property management company is renting apts to level 3 *** offenders and I am getting harassed by the individual.I have complained on more than one occasion and I get no response .His associates are moving in at a rate that is disturbing and the constant harassment is to much. *************************** has been placing these individuals in the units I recognize her from the news paper article in bucoda.

    We recognize that we manage people's homes, and we take special care to consider the needs of our residents. It is always a concern to us when we receive a complaint.  I would like to address the residents stated problems.

    Before any individual is accepted as a resident, they must pass the required background check, the background check includes criteria that would not allow *** offenders to qualify as a resident.   

    We have never employed an *************************** to manage this community or any of our communities. We have never had an *************************** on our payroll.

    The manager has been harassing me and my family since we are not able to pay rent anymore, sending us threatens to pay or she's gonna change the locks, none of these follow up with actual legal notices as required per law. She shouldn't be working with communities when all she does is yelling at people, shutting them up, intimidating them, being racist and xenophobic making comments about immigration because of we are not born here. She also told us that we have a big owe balance which we don't understand and don't want direct contact with her since her attitude is unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful.

    When I reached out to this company regarding my deposit. Their employee ******* ended up hanging up on me because I asked her for her last name. She said I needed to call the manager and they had nothing to do with my deposit. However, the check came from them. Extremely rude, not helpful. For the fact that she was so unprofessional and hung up on me. I can only imagine how they treat other tenants. I emailed them and didnt hear back. Ended up calling them and thats when ******* , who was no help at all, ended up hanging up on me for asking for her last name. She said Im the only ******* here and hung up. My email was the one below. I am reaching out regarding the deposit amount that was returned to me from my $500.00 deposit. I was living at apartment ******************************************************** for two years. The first year was good and the building was mostly clean. After the first year, I signed a second lease, where I was told my carpet would be cleaned, It never was. Either way, management change and there was a decline of not only the cleanliness but constant alarms going off, a fire that ruined lots of my items, and then the tenant responsible didnt have insurance, so I was out my $500 deductible. Not to mention because I couldnt get into my garage, my car was parked out in the parking lot and then shortly after stolen. Either way, I say all that to say, that yesterday November 16th, I received $180.00 from my $500.00 deposit.

    I am rejecting this response because: at no point did I yell at *******, nor was there ever a point that she told me she was going to hang up on me. I dont appreciate the lie and this was why I felt it was important to bring it up to the company. They deal with people and money, they should be courteous and respectful. There was never a time I was disrespectful or rude to her. I was trying to ask how to proceed on getting my deposit back. When I was being told to contact them versus the manager. 

    I will close out the BBB complaint when I receive my deposit back. ******* needs additional training on customer service and how to explain processes so she doesnt get frustrated. She was upset because I asked her last name, thats when she hung up on me.

    I had reported that I finally received a check in the mail. I deposited that check. However, you will notice that it has a stop payment on it. I went to my mailbox and I  receive a second check. Im  assuming that I can deposit this one. This has been such a mess. I dont know if they thought the first check was ********** it was mailed to the wrong address, where I used to live. I still got it and let you all know. Then I get this notice from my back that the funds have been blocked. I will deposit this second check to see if it doesnt have a stop payment on it. All I can say, this has been lots of trouble just to get my  deposit back. I wonder how many people just never get it back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is up to Tecton management to make sure all paperwork and balances are correct. I was already disputing it with icon and instead of icon, doing what they should have done in handling the situation, they sold the property. Hopefully Tecton has all paperwork for me as I have all of my paperwork. When Tecton took over and bought the property they didnt even know anything about the property down to the water leaking. So Tecton is responsible to audit my account, even from before when they took over, as well as apply my rental assistance properly because thats dated back as well. So my rental assistance payment coincided with whatever all was going on before Tecton took over. Tecton just excepted a ledger to be what was fax for my account when my ledger was not even correct when they started. Tecton management everybody knew from *******************(?) the owner or manager of company his name on paperwork;hes some high person-Tecton. Managers ******, ***, ***** and ******* the receptionist. Ive been told my account has been audited to it still being incorrect to now being told that oh maybe yall meaning Tecton managers didnt know that my balance was wrong when they took it and that it went before November 2022. And thats not the case because November 2022 I communicated it with ******, December I communicated it with *** who told me that my account was audited and it was still correct and its not, ************ spoke to after *** and let him know and then now we have ***** she just started January 2023. *** told her as well.  All I keep hearing is basically because it came from ICON that it is to be because its such a big business but thats not the case my ledgers wrong my ledgers been wrong. Ive been communicating this now Im sitting with a **** about 18 $18,000 credit  That Tecton will not release.

    Per the attached ledger the resident has a zero-balance due.  There is an outstanding payment due from PCHA in the amount of $923.  This will give the resident a credit in the amount of $923.  we have attached a ledger from takeover to now.  Rental assistance was also received and applied in January.

    There is nothing further here for us to do.

    I am rejecting this response because: not correct my credit should be $1800-$1900. I paid rent w/s/g as well as rental assistance October, November 2022 and January 2023. Also took money for February 2023 w/s/g which I paid so why take again? The funds from rental assistance say what months it was to be applied to. ***************** and Tecton took funds and places as they wanted not how was to be distributed. And rental assistance is for rent not whatever the company wants to do with it. Electric isnt rent and water sewer garbage isnt rent. Ive been asked for my account to be audited to it still not being correct if even audited.

    I am rejecting this response because: What is being said is not the truth nor valid. Please provide the email communications from The Rental Assistance application and its email that says what the payment was exactly for? If I paid January 2023 rent w/s/g why did you take $230 from the Rental Assistance payment charging me two charges at $115 each? This is only one discrepancy of about five I can think of off my head without the files and paperwork in front of me.

    The assistance received does not to specify where to allocate the payment to. This communication could have been made to the previous management (ICON), but we did not receive anything indicating where these funds were supposed to be allocated too specifically.
    We also did not charge her double the $115 she is stating we did. The only charges ever charged to her were monthly rent + month w/s/g (see attached ledger)


    We have received the NOV PCHA payment and she now has a credit on her account of $1,226.

    I am rejecting this response because: What is stated is not facts or the truth. As stated in previous emails it was communicated with another member of your management company *** who issued the paper you provided. The 30 day you provided was given after even knowing payment was coming. It came and got sent back due some address issue. All this should be in my file/account as with your management company Tecton. The credit owing now to me is from a different helping agency not the original one we are speaking of now for this complaint. So Im still owed a credit as *** paid double rent for the months Ive communicated in emails from KWA rental assistance not the $1200 rental assistance of the $1226 youre now talking about is from a different agency and credit from PCHA. I have the paperwork too to show where and what this payment was for also from Puyullap.
