  We highly recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding. It has been just over a year since they installed a new roof, gutters, windows and siding on our 1979 home. We had 6 quotes. ***** gave a short and clear quote, not a flip chart canned presentation, and answered all of our questions - he was the lowest quote. After we signed the project was delayed by window delivery, and they kept us informed. When work started the crews were professional, showed up and completed on time. The workmanship is excellent.Shortly after they completed the work, a windstorm blew a ******* fir tree down onto the side of our roof. ***** came out the next day, looked it over and offered a cost effective option to fix the problem that was less than our homeowners deductible. A small leak in the gutter at a bolt hole was discovered 6 months after their work, and he sent a guy out to fix it. It is stressful, complicated and hard to find good quality at a fair price. If you get a lower quote than Landmark's, start digging into the details and be very careful as to what you are buying before you sign. Do they have an employee crew or do they subcontract their work or use uninsured day laborers - (check L&I website)? Do they tell you the cost of the plywood sheeting that is required to install Hardy siding up front, or say it "may be necessary"? Do they guarantee they use all ***** ***** required product to be sure your warranty is in force? Do they give you addresses where you can see the siding they have installed. It is a bonus to have very nice people who communicate well, but it is necessary to have quality workmanship - Landmark provides both. We won't need them again, so keep them in business for the benefit of the community and choose Landmark Roofing and Siding.

  After interviewing and multiple onsite evaluations and proposals, we chose Landmark roofing for 3 areas of work. Their consultant ****** was the "face" of this company and due to his outstanding listening skills, professional experience, easy going and calm nature we felt very comfortable choosing them to work with. I have learned that how a company communicates with you from the very beginning tells the whole story about what your experience is likely to be.****** communicated frequently, and most importantly to let us know if a change of any kind was happening including the all important "no news yet" communication so that we were not left wondering. They sided a section of our house that was failing (and unlike other companies did not try to pressure us to replace more than was needed or that we could afford). Cressio came and completed this ****** siding project in 2 days. You could not tell the difference except that it shown and was perfect. We had Cressio back for an escalating repair issue due to inappropriately designed gutter installation and again, masterful ********* with good attention to detail.Their gutter contractor was top notch, quick, clean, and completely understands all things to look for and attend to- above and beyond great work!Finally, they do the right thing by registering and paying for L&I ********* comp coverage for their people. More than 50% of the companies trying to get our business, did not insure their people with L&I.Summary- you will not be sorry if you choose to work with this remarkable group of professionals.
