On 02 May 2024, I received an email message that my gift voucher code for this redemption has been updated on my survey dashboard on the MDforLives home page. However, when I logged into my account, I do not see a voucher link or PIN (like I do for my prior redemptions). See the attached screenshot. I contacted MDforLives on the website and I have not received a response at all. I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved.Thank you,*********************** *****************

      Complete the online registration page and accept the cardholder agreement and e-sign agreement, then you will be able to view your 16-digit card number, expiration date, security information, where your card can be used, available balance, transaction history, etc.
      Plastic card available upon request. Requesting a plastic card will reduce the cards value by $3.00 for manufacturing and fulfilment cost, and can take 7-14 business days.
      Recipient can request a plastic card once they have completed the card registration and activation at MyPrepaidCenter.com?

      Company is group that consults medical professionals for their paid opinion by way of surveys. I have completed requested surveys through the company but have not received compensation as promised. They claim to review surveys for 4-6 weeks before releasing funds to be redeemable.Multiple months have passed and compensation remains pending. This is despite reaching out to company directly and not receiving any response. This is not a one off issue. A look through the companys ****** reviews shows multiple people have had the same issue. This is inconsistent with the usual practices of other businesses in the field. I am highly suspicious that this company keeps money for surveys and doesnt pay medical providers, who do the surveys, their promised portion. I just want my compensation as promised so that I can then cancel my account with this predatory group and never do business with them again.

      Hello, 

       

      I am only messaging through BBB as I do not trust this company to resolve issue when contacted independently. 

      survey IDs or project numbers were included in attachments but they are8365 and 8309. 

      I have attached their email directly to me which only came after my BBB complaint and never to my original query through them.

      I completed two surveys on the site recently, the first one a little over 1.5 months ago and the second one about two weeks ago. I cannot say what the survey ID is for each as it is listed nowhere on the site. There is no record that I completed these surveys other than I am now listed as having completed three surveys (instead of one) and the pending compensation for these two surveys is listed as $70. The problem I have is that the first survey has been 'under review' for at least 1.5 months now. Moreover, when I contacted the company twice through their website messaging system, I got no response. I sent the first message about 3 weeks ago and the second message about 1 week ago. As I am unable to get a response and given the protracted amount of time since completion of the first survey, I am worried that I have slipped through the cracks. This is not in keeping with their advertised service of payment for completed surveys.

      This business was suppose to send me a PayPal voucher for $200 for doing surveys. They are giving me a hard time saying the email with voucher was sent. It has not happened and asked for them to send the voucher to an alternate email but they are so slow. They to this day have not paid me. The Order ID is ********. Two support tickets were opened and one says resolved when it has not been resolved. The two support ticket ID are **** and ****. Please resend my voucher to the alternate email of ******************* since you are all having problems sending the voucher to *********************

      I completed two surveys for this company and was promised honorarium in the form of a gift card. I waited an inordinate amount of time to finally receive the redemption option to select the type of gift card I wanted. On January 8th I received an email stating I would receive the honorarium in my email within **** days. It is now January 22nd with still no reimbursement for the time I spent on this company's surveys. I have checked my spam and inbox daily to be sure. I have also kept in contact with the company with the last email I sent last week (about not receiving my honorarium) never being replied to. I would like my $50 honorarium sent asap and for other hard working health care providers to know that this survey company may not be legitamate.

I have had $55 of honorarium in review for months but when I have messaged the company to find out when the $55 will be redeemable, I have not received any reply.       The company finally released the honorarium I earned. I redeemed $50 for a paypal payment but I am still waiting to receive it. I have had nothing but problems with this company. Digital payments should be immediate and it is ridiculous that it is taking weeks.

      To Whom This May ******** The money for the surveys were never added to my account. I did the following surveys: Survey ID: **** on 7/20, 45$Survey ID: **** on 7/27, 35$Survey ID **** on 8/14, 80$I requested payment on 8/14. The emails says MDforLives will send me a voucher in **** days. 14 days have passed and I have not recieved anything. Also, those prior survey payments were never added to my account either. I emailed the company over 5 times and NEVER heard back. I called their 818 number, which is disconnected. I called the 310 number which goes to an elderly lady who has been getting calls on this company's be half. This poor elderly lady doesn't work for the company. I can not imagine how annoying this must have been for her. I tried MDforLives chat system, which also does not work. At this point, I just want to get my payments for a total of $262. This is the most horrible, unprofessional experience I have ever experienced.

      The company is now giving me the round and round regarding vouchers. Instead of sending a correcting working voucher, the voucher link does not work. I also have not received payment for the other half of my service. Based on the prior similar complains, my complaints do not appears to be an isolated events. This appears to be a recurrent issue with this particular company. Further more, the company listed an elderly lady's home number as their contact number. This lady does not work for the company and she has been inundated with calls from this company. The other 818 number is a none working number. This company need provide more accurate contact information.
