I ordered hearing aids and when received put them on the charger and they would not charge. I immediately sent email to their help email address and asked for a return label. After asking several times and calling I finally received one and sent it back to them next day. I waited patiently for my refund for about 2weeks and started emailing and calling them. Either got no answer or recording that says call back in few minutes but of course same message no matter what time I called. I want my money back. This company must be a scam. Its been a couple of months. Please let me know if you can help. Its not right to take advantage of seniors with hearing issues.Business response

I am filing this on behalf of a resident here in our facility. He ordered a pair of hearing aids and did receive them. However, they did not work from the get-go. So I emailed the company several times and they said they would respond within the next 2 days. To no avail. I called the company and did talk with a gentleman who got me a return label to send them back. Blue Angel Hearing received those back on 11/29/2021 at 11:19 am. He still has not received his refund. His order number was #*****. His name is ** ******. The address is *** ** ****** ******* ******* **** ** *****. I have since tried to call the company on several occasions and the phone just rings and rings. No one picks up. I have again emailed them twice as well and I get an automated response that they will get back to us within the next 2 days.Business response

Date of transaction: 3-13-2021 Order # **** **** $522.00 Insurance: $99.00 The hearing Aids were returned an received at their warehouse April 2 2021 Have called numerous time's every month only to be told **** would send another ticket for the refund .They never answer their phone, when I call either a message says to call back in a few minutes or never get an answer.I under stand their is a restocking feeBusiness response

Their advertisement guaranteed money refund,if not satisfied,,I returned faulty hearing aids right away--July 28 ; 2021 due to not working,in same box exactly as received,,3 months after many phone calls to the company and false promises,,I sent several emails also,asking for my refund.They promise I will get it,,but no refund yet.Guess they send us old people bad aids knowing they will be retured,then keep our money,,I paid by Visa $397 .,,I am old and tired of begging for my refund,,,Thank you for your help in this matter.I see you have had many complaints of Blue Angles Hearing.Business response

I bought a pair of hearing aids from this co. I was not satisfied with the product. I called and received a return authorization. I sent the product back in the original packaging as requested. The return was delivered on August 28,2021 at 10:11 AM. i have since called the Company Twice and sent an Email asking for my money to be returned as their return policy says they will Do. All I have received is a excuses.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
The Business has asked me to check with my bank. My credit card co is waiting for a response from Blue Angels concerning weather they are going to dispute the charge back or not. I will Email Blue angels again tomorrow and then contact the credit card co to see if this dispute has been resolved. Blue Angels Had almost six weeks to solve this problem and chose to ignore their customer who complained. I will follow up on this tomorrow during business hours.

I received a set of hearing aids in August of 2021. They quit working after one day. The company sent me a replacement pair, which quit working also after one day. I requested return labels for both pair. They were returned and received on October 8, 2021. I have called several times and no refund as of November 4, 2021.Business response

my wife purchased a pair of ******************* heating aids about 3 weeks ago, one of the aides lasted 4 days, it was replaced with another aide after 4 phone calls the phone number is never answered bu someone return the call about 2 days after the first call. the 2nd aide stopped working about 10 days ago . i tried clalling them 5 ****** again no answer and no return call. i would appreciate your help with this situationBusiness response

Ordered hearing aids from gentleman named ***** on September 7, ******* day return for refund guarantee.I did return them in original packaging in new condition on September 25, 2021.I have email correspondence from them acknowledging receipt of the aids on September 28.Approximately 1 week later I inquired about my refund.They replied stating it takes 14 business days to process and assured me of refund.I emailed again at 20 business days with no refund, and they respond they dont know when my refund would be coming, but assured me it would.I replied on October 26 that I was giving them til October 28 to refund my credit card, and if not, I was reporting them.I have all email correspondence to document all that I have stated here.I seek my refund, and apparently need your assistance in the matter.Thank you so much for any help you can give me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: it is vague and offers no resolution, just more sidestepping the fact that ************ isnt abiding by its own policy of refund within 14 business days. They received product from me on September 28, 2021. It is now November 3rd.

I purchased a set of Blue Angels hearing aids 6-7-21 from internet ad and tried them out but they did not help my hearing so I returned them in accordance with their return policy on 7-13-21 and they still have not refunded my money. I have several emails of our communications where they say we will get back with you in 2 days but they don't so when I called them at ************** they all say the same thing--we will rush your request to you for your refund and on 8-12-21 via phone call they said I would have my refund he next week but again this has not happened. Service is very poor and in my opinion they should not be allowed to continue in business when they won't honor their word. All I want is my money refunded. I printed out a couple of pages of our emails in case you would want them. Just let me know and I will fax or email you that info.Business response

Ordered Hearing aids on 6/1/2021 Credit card charged $422.94. Hearing aids return was received back to ******************* on 6/27/2021. Well within their 30 return period. . Spoke with representatives on 8/27/2021, 9/23/2021 and 10/11/2021. Each representative told me the return was being processed. To-date (10/26/2021), have not received the promised refund. This is a scam company. Stay away! Requested the refund through credit card company.Business response
