      I would like to request a review of my account, as it was flagged for suspicious activity.When OneForma was undergoing design updates, I attempted to log into my account several times to check the progress of the update always using the same Wi-Fi network and devices I had previously connected with, without the use of a VPN or any violation of OneFormas policies.

      I've been trying many times to log in to Oneforma and apply to join a project, but I keep getting errors.I've contacted support many times, but I haven't received a reply, so I'm at a loss.I hope this can be resolved.The error message is "You cannot apply because of suspicious activity. Please visit our *********** for possible reasons and further assistance."

      I have looked at the help page regarding this, but it has not resolved the issue at all. It is not important to reply to emails, so please consider implementing a function that will allow me to avoid errors.

      Please help me!. My June payment hasn't been paid. I emailed support but haven't received a reply.

      I am submitting this complaint against Centific (operating **************************) due to unresolved non-payment for freelance work.I have been working on OneForma projects since [April, 2025] and have completed several tasks in full compliance with their project guidelines. However, multiple payments remain pending for over a month, despite my repeated attempts to contact both their payments and support ******** ******** account was permanently closed, and ****** is not supported in my country (******). I have requested alternative payment options, such as bank transfer or Wise, but have received no solution or proper response.This situation has caused financial harm and significant distress. The company's refusal to pay for completed work raises serious ethical and possibly legal concerns.I am requesting that the BBB review this companys practices regarding how they treat freelance contributors and take appropriate action if necessary. I am also demanding that my pending payments be issued immediately, and communication with workers be improved.
