    I rented a storage unit from this company at a different location and on the 10th day of rental they shut off my gate pass and put a lock on my door to prevent me from getting into my storage because they said i was a person of intrest of someone who stole out of another storage there and they had a investagation goin on. I DID NOT STEAL FROM ANYBODY!! I ASKED THEM FOR PROOF OF VIDEO AND THEY COULDNT provide me with any proof and had me locked out for over a month for no reason until i wanted to move my things from there property and get a refund of my money because im not paying to be locked out of my things and i have my work tools in there. I paid 3months in advance and Was supposed to be refunded nd prorated for the 10 days i used the storage for. Now they only wanna give back a percentage of what i paid for and trying to keep my money. Next action will be sueing them for money paid in full since the lockout. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected ever in my life and all i want is my money back and they are keepin my money and its not fair.

    The complainant was evicted from our facility due to loitering when asked not to and having sexual relations on the grounds of our facility, and the police questioned him in relation to some break in we had at the facility, he was given a refund for the amount that he had prepaid on his account as is stated in the eviction notice, we stored his goods for him until he was able to come and get them, which took him around a month to do. He was given a refund check and the matter was closed.

    November, I paid half the bill for a 5x8x10 storage unit for 77,00 plus ***** Insurance fees through Express Storage. The bill had less than $50 the day of payment two days before the system locked me out of the payment portal and staff ignored my account reset request until a late charge was assessed. Now the late fees are more than two months of rent for less than two months late payment. ***** gouging assisting aid before I take it upon the street way for disrespect after bringing this to the collective the legal way and theory. They are in the wrong totally and the staff is rude and disrespectful totally in ********, **********. Interesting this is going to ole ***** field office. Now the fees exceed more than three months' rent and the sizes of storages are farce and insured as such in the case of my unit. Measure your units.
