    I have a repair warranty issue with McMains construction over my roof they provided and installed for me. I have called a number of times being told that the repair technician will get ahold of you. Well he did after the 3rd call, came rite over looked at issue and promised me he would be rite back after he rounded up some materials and the weather quit raining. We'll I never saw or heard from him again and have called a few more times only to be told the same thing. All I want is the work to repaired that their installer put on my house.

    I have a case #********. With ******** construction who was ok'd last nite by me to show up 1st thing this morning and now it is 9 am and no one is here. I have to go to work. Please ask them to give me a weeks notice when they want to come over for the repairs. Usually after 3pm works best for me. You can have steve ****** call me to set up appointment if he likes ************ he will have to leave a message and I will call him back soon as I can.

    no need to reinstate they showed up this morning and did the necessary repairs so we are all good now.
