We applied through Kalles because we were interested in a rental property. From the beginning Kalles provided only vague information and insisted they were available to help. After they immediately requested ou financial deposit they stopped any and all communication regarding our application. Every single contact with them we had to initiate and painstakingly follow up because Kalles did nor answer the phone, and did not respond to emails nor voice messages we left. After an agonizing month of waiting for an update, Kalles said we weren't qualified and kept our applicate ion fee. The also tore up the Money Order that they requested as a deposit. When asked why I was denied, they refused to answer and questions and state we would get correspondence in the mail. That was over a month ago, no information had arrived from Kalles. Based on my experience this company is fraudulent and they collect application fee's without truly filing application through a legitimate system. They never had any intention of renting the property to any one. They prey on prospective buyers, collect multiple application fees concurrently after claiming they only process one applicate at a time. In short they are untruthful and are orchestrating a fraudulent scheme. As they never provided a reason for my application being rejected. I would also like BBB to file this as a formal complaint against Kalles property management as they continually prey upon prospective tenants.
