    Beware of this company the lady is a scam I hired them to serve a person had to pay a $150 I never got the documents for serving that person. When I contact her again asking where is my paperwork she told me she will drop it off never did the 2nd time she told me she's gonna leave it underneath the doormat that never happened either. I said you lied to me twice she started freaking out starred yelling telling me that she It's going to block me she did it's been over a month and I still don't have my documents. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau And the Attorney General. And now I have to file a civil suit against her.

    *********************, I have the communication threads of texts. I am a manager of this company. I received your calls twice. First time when you were shopping around for a process server, the second when you decided to hire our company. There's nothing scandalous or lies happened as you claim. I asked you if I could deliver the signed Proof of Service around 10PM that same evening. I didn't say I was going to deliver it at 10PM, I asked you. You never got back to me until past 10PM. I was the one who offered to leave it under your mat. Then you went off yelling at me for not replying to your text or answered your call right when you called and texted. I DID NOT have reception where I was. I was at another JOB. I called you as soon as I got reception and texted you. I still have the those texts.YOU started yelling at me calling me a liar, scamming you, taking your money, not doing what you paid to do, threatening to do harm. Do you really think I would go and knock at your door to hand deliver your document of Proof of Service after you threatened me? YOU can't deny this because you were yelling at me while I was in front of another client and my other process server. The one who served the Respondent in your case. They heard everything you said. No need to put you on speaker because you was that loud when you were yelling at me. Your documents were served to the individual the same day. A body cam was used for proof that we served your documents to the one in target at the address you gave, GPS traced. My Process Server signed the documents and it was mailed **** a few days after your threatened me. I have no control over delivery once I dropped it off to be mailed. You have my email, why didn't you email me to follow up on your documents? In the *******************, a scanned Proof of Service sent through email is accepted in court. I told you this. Thats why I asked for your email for back up and you also got notified when the job was a successful or unsuccessful attempt. This was all communicated to you of how our company works before you hired us. We have other jobs not just yours. Some areas do not have reception for cellular communication. Even if we had cellular coverage (reception) if driving, I will not answer. A Person who uses a personal electronic device while driving a motor vehicle on a public highway is guilty ,.. provided in RCW 46.63.110(3) I was very clear I when I said, I will not take your verbal abuse, your harassments, your threats to do harm, with that said, take your complaint to wherever and whoever you want to take it to but I know you just committed cyber libel. Slanderous - defamation outburst on public forum will land you in court litigation. See you in court *********************.

    Your Response(s)I have the communication threads of texts between ********************* and my self. I am a manager of Pony Express Legal who took calls from *********************. The first time when he was shopping around for a process server, the second time was when he decided to hire our company to serve his parenting plan to his respondent. There's nothing scandalous or lies happened as he claim. His court hearing was not till after the November. This task was a normal service not a RUSH service. From ******* own words, "I find your company the most legit process server out there and I checked out quite a few process servers in the area and they looked a bit shady." ***** also stated we are the expensive process service company in the area. How our company works: Once receive court documents, we enter the information on *************, a software that we use that gives us capability for GPS tracking upon serve and keeps all our client's record. We dispatch whoever is available to serve the person in target at the address given. Our servers always have an active recording body cam. Each time we serve, successful or unsuccessful, all our clients gets notified through email each and every attempts until successful attempt. We then complete and have the server sign and date the Proof of Service. In the ****** County, soft copies through email of the Proof of Service is accepted in Superior Court or we mail it through **** upon request of each individual who hired us. In this case; ********************* is not honest in his complaint. We were able to serve his Respondent first try. The was recorded on a video. It was that same evening his respondent was successfully served. *****, texted me on October 19, 2022 at 3:30 PM. I was out of range, no cellular coverage and on another job. I replied to his text at 8:40 PM the same day. I also returned his missed call. I courteously offered to deliver his Proof of Service by asking him if I can come and drop it off at 10 PM that same night. He did not answer my question until past 10. I was already headed home for the night. I then offered to put it under his door mat the next day. There was a long delayed response from ***** to my texted. He then within the hour texted me back and said no one would be home. I believe I called him or he called me but ***** started to yell at me, calling me a scammer, threatening me. In this job, I have been attacked along with two of my process server physically. We take each and every threats seriously. I told him I will mail it to his address on file that's when ***** had his temper flare. I ended of call. On went with texts between ***** and **** mailed his Proof of Service 5 days after our last texts, October 24, 2022. ***** has my email address but my question, why didn't he email me if he hadn't receive his Proof of Service? He received the notification his respondent was successfully served via email but can't email me to follow up on his Proof of Service and let me know he hadn't;t received it. We have scanned copies in cases of lost mail. All ***** had to do was reach out via email and request it, end of story, we would oblige.What ********************* committed is cyber libel on public forum. ********** with evil intent to harm a business on his baseless, flagrant complaint. There are witnesses hearing ***** yelling and threatening me. Affidavit of Service or Proof of Service is usually emailed or mailed **** not personally returned. It was suggested out of courtesy to return the signed document to him physically.
