Their process is unethical, and the service side needs to be better handled.Issues to keep in mind:-We were profiled and tested as if we were lying about who we were. When identification was provided to gather the information. And, hypothetically speaking, if it was an error, there are professional ways to communicate or owning not typing things in correctly if that was the case.-They manipulate the interest (unethical). We were pre-approved already by a credit union with a great interest rate; we then were advised to finance through them to get the car; they make you wait on purpose to make it tense and play with your mind; they said for us to only qualify for a particular interest (high interest [part of a selling strategy] to add their warranty/gap); they then lower the interest to what really should be to package everything (zero transparency).-The car that was sold to us doesnt work. We cant charge it or cant drive it.-Poor communication. They are always off or sick when you need them (their goal seems to be to get the car out with all their packages, period). It took days to get the purchase contract, and they still need to be completed professionally.-We then called to share how they sold a faulty vehicle and how it wouldnt move the next day. They responded, You tested the vehicle, and in the *******************, once you test it and take it, thats it, its the law, its yours. REMEMBER THIS PART BECAUSE ONCE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM, YOU MAY BE STUCK WITH A VEHICLE THAT DOESNT FUNCTION AS IT SHOULD OR WORK AT ALL LIKE OURS.What a poor business practice from the team and the company owners (since ****** did mention multiple times for the owners or leaders to only stick to you took it, your problem. This company does not have a good work ethic. Where is the pride in protecting the brand? Where is the ownership when selling something that doesnt work by fixing it, especially if what they sold the next day has no use or is not functional?Review from Dennis B

Purchased a 2011 F150 in 2020. Noticed what looked like minor surface rust, but didn't think much of it. Thought I could sand it down and paint it at some point. Tried to do that recently, and found the whole area rusted through. Found out this truck is from ****** where there is a lot of snow, where the roads get salted. I have put less then 12k miles on the truck since I bought it. There is now way that this amount of rust happened while I have owned it. It was sold with the ************. I am no autobody expert, but wonder how bad the rot truly is and if the truck is really safe long term. I love the truck overall, and would just like the truck to be solid.Review from Kimberly J

This review is for the ************** Lot. We bought a ************** weekend. We had picked a truck to test drive, the salesman came out with keys to a different truck and said that the truck was a better truck. This truck was the dirtiest truck on the lot. We test drove it and ended up buying it after receiving a clean car fax. When we got it home, we washed it and found the the truck had been wrecked and there were major flaws in the paint. Example: runs in the paint and blemishes. The exhaust had been damaged and rigged back together, the front driver wheel well had a huge rust spot that had been covered up with touch up paint. While washing it the touch up paint had come off and revealed the rust.We contacted our Sales guy and he had to get back to us and was not sure if ***** the owner of Northwest Motorsport could do anything. After getting the run around for two days they agreed to look at the truck. Once they looked at it they had mentioned that their Manager that no longer works there purchased this truck. We told them we did not want this truck because it looked like some amateur put it together in their garage. So the service manager said the only thing they could do is trade it in at a loss. We felt that the truck was unsafe and we had no other options.Northwest Motorsport, Inc. Response

They push extended warranties on their buyers. My son purchased an extended warranty. He had a major engine problem and called the warranty company ten times. Never could get a live person and they never called him back.Northwest Motorsport, Inc. Response

This review is for the used truck sales PNW Motorsports lot located at 1830 River Road in Puyallup, Wa. I can't speak for the new vehicle sales lot which is separate and down the road a mile. I had an uneasy feeling when I first got there. I told the salesman when I got there I wanted to see a certain 2019 *** 1500 Classic truck I found on their website and I gave him the stock #. He looked it up and stalled a little and then said it is located at another location in town. We went and picked it up and drove it back to the lot. The truck looked the same as the one I said I wanted to see, but was not that truck. The salesman said nothing about it being a different truck, I only noticed because I requested a Carfax report and it was a different Vin#. (Very devious), I should have left right then, but I liked the truck so I tried to work a deal. I was all of a sudden switch to a different salesman. The first guy just disappeared. I told the new guy what my deal was and typical salesman started switching numbers and going back and forth to "The Manager". Then once we agreed on the price I didn't realize he had added in the price of my trade in ($2000) to bring the price down to the numbers we agreed to, instead of the price we agreed to plus the price of my trade-in. When I went to sign papers I noticed the price went back to the original amount they were asking for the truck. They said it was for this fee and that fee and some other fee. I know this is confusing, believe me, I was confused too. They only added in my trade-in to get to the price I wanted to pay. After I went home I realized I didn't get the price I wanted to pay at all, they just added my trade in into the numbers to get it there. Basically I just gave them my trade-in. I paid $2000 more than I should have. I felt very stupid about what I did, but it was my fault, I wanted the truck and I let it happen. Also, come to find out they financed me at 1.6% more than what the current interest rate is at other banks and credit unions. When I called the bank they financed me through, that bank said they don’t why I was given that rate and with my good credit the bank refinanced me to a 2.40%. Down from the 4.04% that PNW Motorsports was charging. Bottom line is: "Don't trust these people". I guess typical salesman you see on TV or horror stories you hear about. The whole place had a bad vibe. Will not buy from or recommend to anyone. Steer clear!Northwest Motorsport, Inc. Response

Thank you for sharing your review ***. We are disheartened to hear that you felt uneasy and we sincerely apologize. We always encourage our sales staff to maintain transparency, however the information we can provide is limited. It's possible the initial truck you were interested in had a pending deposit on it or was under negotiation so we attempted to find something similar to satisfy your interest, as we value your time. We will use your feedback to improve the processes on our end. Regarding the financing, we always attempt to make the numbers most favorable for the customer. When it comes to interest rates, every bank and credit union evaluates your credit score, history etc. to produce the rate they best feel matches your requested loan amount. Northwest Motorsport has no effect on this decision, and is not able to negotiate on the customer's behalf. Again, we sincerely apologize that this was not communicated and we will do our best to take this into account moving forward to best suit our future customer base. We thank you for your time.Review from Claniah B

Very unprofessional “business” I went to them with a trade in and it has been 6 weeks now they have had my trade in and have not paid it off like I was told! The whole process of getting a car from them was lie after lie! I went to 1830 puyallup location brought in a trade in the first car they tried to put me in didn’t work out so after I spent a week reaching out to them about it they said they would get me in another car. So I go back and they didn’t have anything better to offer me so I asked to just take my own car back and I would go elsewhere but my car was gone! So now I basically had to walk away with something. The first car I got I put no money down as I told them I didn’t want to put anything down because I had a trade in. The second car they now all of sudden needed $500 down. So I say ok but I’ll have to do payments because I don’t have any money down today! So I drive off with that car and weeks later they have yet to pay off my trade in saying I need to put the full $500 down even though that’s not what I told them I could do! This has been my worst car buying experience and I have bought many cars! This company is complete fraud and everything they say is just a lie to get you in a car. The check engine light also came on in barley a week of me having the car! They are have been horrible to do business with!Northwest Motorsport, Inc. Response
