    Used Reliant for a foundation inspection on a property that we were considering purchasing. The real estate deal fell through for a variety of reasons. We received our first bill from Reliant seven months later! Needless to say, this is not only a surprise, but absolutely ridiculous! Our real estate agent was speechless. This could not possibly be "industry standard". Called the office to inquire and was told **** (engineer) was terribly busy and running behind on ********, then dead air. No apology, just an embarrassed giggle. This is unacceptable on all fronts. Never again.
