              In July of 2023 I purchased a used Chrysler van. To the retail price the business added what they call ceramic coating at a price of $795.00. During signing I expressed my desire not to have this option but was told that it was required in order to protect the paint from seagull droppings. I have since refinanced the vehicle and I have tried, repeatedly to claim this coating that was added to the finance contract. Again, I did not want this option but in the end I felt like I was strong-armed into buying the option. I have called several times and left messages with the finance department but get no response or a call back.

              Bought a 2018 **** escape from them. It has been in at least 3 times in the last 16 months. I only put **** miles on this car and now it's in for coolant in value 2 and needs a motor. Going to take 3 weeks to get my car back. I asked about trading it in. They will only give me ***** when the car is in the same shape I bought plus **** miles. Won't give us a car to drive. That doesn't even pay off my loan. I asked for ***** and to come down on the price of the car I would trade for...no response... I have cancer I put my faith into this car dealership when I bought this car. They have done nothing to earn it.
