- Refund and Exchange Policy
We do our best to provide a prompt service and full satisfaction to our customers. we strive to be on time for our schedule appointments. There are times when we may not arrive on time for reasons such as weather condition, traffic jam, etc. If we are going to be more than 10 minutes late, we will contact you. If no arrival time is indicated, the service will be rendered by the end of the business day.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy in place. That means, you can cancel 72 hours prior to an appointment for service and receive a full refund. If you do not cancel within the 72-hour cancellation period and let the free cancellation period ends, a 50% of that service or maintenance cost will be charged. However, if you cancel within the 72-hour window, you will not be charge a service fee.

We do our best to make our customer happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work we perform, point the problems to us and we will fix it. If for any reason, we resolve the problems, we will refund your money in full.
